Vertical submersible pumping machinery conforming to IS 8034 directly coupled with wet winding type suitable size submersible motor conforming to IS 9283 with standard MOC for portable clear water ,continuous duty(s1) with following specification:Discharge-65 m³/Hr at a head of 30 mtrs. Motor submersible type 3 Phase 50 Hz,±6%, 415Volt +/- 10%, 2900 RPM. Capacity-7.5 kw/10hp,method of starting star delta ( H/Q Characteristic Curve of pump set & Test Certificate including G.C. of the P/M set should be submitted before delivery.) (Make - Approved Make)

Supply, delivery at site 3 Core X 6 Sqmm 1.1 KV grade flat submersible copper conductor cable as per IS:7098(Part-I).

Supply, delivery and Storage at site 3 Core X 10 Sqmm Aluminum Armored, XLPE insulated 1.1 K.V. grade cable, conforming to IS 7098(I) as per direction of EIC. (Make-Approved Make) (Test Certificate is to be submitted at the time of delivery.)

Supply & delivery of G.I. wire for holding the 10 sq.mm cable.

Supply & delivery of 80 mm dia 1.5 mtr length ERW M.S column pipe having thickness 4.8 mm (as per IS 1239 Part-I & II Heavy Type) having 11 TPI thread at both end with one heavy type socket and painted by 2 coats of anticorrosive synthe paint as per direction with 100 mm length of socket.(Each pipe 1.5 mtr long)

Making straight through joint between existing motor cable and submersible copper flat cable 3 Core X 6 Sq.mm for extension of motor cable upto required length by supplying necessary seal kit to make joints leak proof all complete as per direction.

Earth work in excavation of Cable line trenches, in all sorts of soil including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed &filling the same with excaveted soil including ramming dressing after all complete. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches,levelling,dressing and ramming the bottom,bailing out water as required complete.

Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Laying 3 Core X 10 Sqmm through existing soil trench/Masonry trench.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm.including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work)

With earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Laying of 3 Core X 10 Sqmm Al. Ar cable along the length of collecting line including fixing with supplied GI wire at a suitable interval so as to prevent sagging of cable complete as per direction of EIC.(From Kiosk To RBTWs)

Making straight through joint of 3 core 10 mm² Al Ar cable with submersible flat cable by supplying Ferrul, rubber and other necessary materials to make the joint leak proof.(Without kit)

Installation of newly supplied submersible pumping machineries along with 80 mm dia M.S column pipe part by part in the newly sunk tube wells with an arrangement of derrick, lifting tackles, tools and plants etc. on hire basis and binding the submersible cable with the column pipes properly and fixing M.S top cover on the tube wells with supplying necessary clamps made of 65 mm x 12 mm thick flat as per reqd. length, nuts, bolts, washers etc. all complete as per direction. nb

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Make-Approved Make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials.
