M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates as in padding over roof, minimum thickenss at khurra as 25 mm to maintain a slope of 1:40, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified.

M & L for Providing and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane black finished, reinforced with non-woven polyster matt make as approved including of a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltr/sq.m by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25 degree C temperature and viscosity 70 - 160 cps Over the coat, 3mm th 5 layered APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealling all joints, overlaps of joints shall be 75mm longitudianal and 100 mm on transverse direction etc after the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufacturers instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under - (i) Joint strength inlongitueinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 650/450N/5cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300 / 250 N/. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C Cold flexibility upto 20 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM (D05147) (iii) The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of manufacturer of membrane only all as specified and directed.

Precast PCC plain factory made tiles, ISI marked, 22 mm thick of size 250 mm x 250 mm, fabricated using grey cement & no pigments. on 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:3) bedding and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound over roof surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L Cement plastering 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on surface of floor etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement and making strip of size 30 cm x 30 cm by complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPCshall be measured and paid separately.

Surface preparation & Cleaning the surface and made free of dirt, foregin particles laitance followed by grinding all protrusions to make surface modulated. Thereafter, inspection for cracks on the surface caused by thermal expantion contraction. Cutting the grooves with suitable cutter machine in 'V' groove filled with Repair mortar/Mircroconcrete/General purpose grout as recommended propertionaly as per recommendation of manufacturer..Making of Gollas at all the corners with Polymer modified mortar (1:4) Cement :Sand with 3.5% Acylic of Cement weight Supplying and applying High build waterproofing coating based on pure hydrophobic polyurethane cold applied of spray /brush applied membrane with and elongation of 280% and tensile strength of 2.7 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3mm, hardness (shore A scale) 80, solar reflectance of 84% as per A ASTM E903-96, SRI of 106, capilary absorption of 0.01kg/m2 h0.5 as per EN 1062-3, adhesion must be of ˃ 2.0 N/mm2 as per EN 1542, artificial weathering must be passed as per EN 1062-11 temprature resistance must be in between -300C to +900C, no leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048 mm min 88% solid content. The system includes final top coat of high build waterproofing coating based on pure hydrophobic polyurethane white in color application in 2 coats with a total min consumption of 1.5 Kg per SQM in ratio 60% 40% in both coats respectively over a coat of epoxy primer 1:1:2 (Resin:hardner:water) with a min consumption of 0.2 Kg per SQM. Application should be given by company for the product on company letterhead (Note : Resin is one of the component of PU Magnum Primer which is two components water based epoxy system, it is classified as SR-B2 0 according to EN 13813 having properties like color of pale yellow viscocity 900mPas, density 1.15kg/lt and adhesion of ˃3N/mm2. Hardener is one of the component of PU Magnum Primer, which is a two components water based epoxy system, it is classified as SR-B2, 0 according to EN 13813 having properties like color of pale yellow, viscocity 37000mPa's, density 1.08kg/l and adhesion of >3N/mm2.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 , mixed with water proofing compound, on brick or concrete surfaces, trowelled to even and fair finish without using extra cement with WPC paid and WPC to be measured separately complete all as specified.

Supply only Water proofing compound complete.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, on brick or concrete surfaces, trowelled to even and fair finish without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab as in flooring of size 580 x 580 mm each & 18-20 mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry complete all as specified. Note : 1. All the edges of slabs shall be grinded/cutted at the right angle before laying, so that paper thin, smooth jointing to be obtained. 2. The colour of the slabs shall be uniform.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 16-18 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for single charge, vitrified, stain & scratch resistant, joint free, premium quality coloured tiles area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc mm and 8-10 mm thick, as in floors etc. in any pattern of light & dark tiles as approved, set and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, in floors etc. and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for single charge, vitrified, stain & scratch resistant, joint free, premium quality coloured tiles 600 X 100 mm and 8-10 mm thick in any pattern of light & dark tiles as approved,on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc ,length of each unit not less than 600 mm and height not more than 150mm, set and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for ceramic glossy finish, joint free premium quality coloured tiles 600 X 300 mm and 8-9 mm thick, in any pattern of light & dark/highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for anti-skid ceramic joint free premium quality coloured tiles 400 X 400 mm and 6-7 mm thick, as in floors etc. in any pattern of light & dark tiles as approved, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, in floors etc. and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

M&L Granite 16-18 mm thick work (of any type) (table rubbed and polished) in cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including nosing edges and chamfered complete all as specified

Providing and Laying Premium (1st) quality straight edge, ceramic tiles exterior grade WA value between 3% to 6% , flexural strength greater than 22N/mm², scratch resistance on mohs scale greater than 4 and crazing resistance of 2 cycles in 300x300x7 to 8 mm thick in floors etc. in any shade and design/pattern of light & dark tiles etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry ,pointed in matching colored polymer cement based grout to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Baroda Green marble, machine cut as in shelves/steps/cills/jambs/skirting/border etc only in tile flooring and the like works and flooring etc, 16-18 mm thick including bull-nose the front length, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab for fixing on concrete surfaces or with suitable adhesive for fixing on un-polished kota stone slabs including rubbing, cutting and mirror type granite polishing and including dismantling/demolition complete all as specified. Note : Single piece should be used in steps/cills/jambs/shelves.

M & L PCC 1: 4: 8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.
