Make :- Asaian/Apex/Berger (Weather coat all guard) NOTES :- The following precautionary measures shall be ensured by the contractor before and during execution of work (i) All painting works shall be got executed through original materials manufacturing company or their authorised applicators as approved by GE and contractor should submitt MOU with the manufacturing company or their authorised applicators before execution of work and entire work shall be executed with the approved firm. (ii) After completion of painting work contractor shall remove and clean all the droplets /stain of paint left on the floor, glasses and joinery. (iii) Aurthorised applicator shall be of Make" Asian/ Berger/ Nerolac and all materials shall also be of similar make as approved by GE.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint over one coat of primer, with applied with roller only complete all as specified and directed. Taking down existing unservicable treatment of any description including cement plaster/conctrete any thickness from roof surface cleaning of roof surfaces and and preparing it for further treatment and removing rubbish from the site up to 50 mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment roof surfaces with APP modified membrane with non woven polyster reinforced, weight not less than 3 Kg /SQM and thickness of membrane not less than 3mm thick having thermal insulation with white mineral/gravel finish on upper side of membrane uniformly embedded during manufacturing process laid in following sequence complete all as specified and directed : - (a) Applying 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with and incl water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement on cleaned roof surface. After properly curing of the plaster, the roof will be tested for water tightening by ponding with water for 7 days for any seepage / leakage etc if any seepage is observed the recification will be carried out by pressure grouting under the pressure of 5 Kg/Sqm using cement based cement grout. After the roof surface is repaired the slab/roof will be again tested for water tightness against before processing further treatment. (b) Properly cleaning and drying of the plastered roof surfaces, parapets, gutters, drain mouths, etc for all foreign matters such as fungus, moss, dust, etc by wire brushing and dusting. Proper grooves shall be cut around CI drain outlets /pipes /chimney pipes and other similar situations to tuck in the treatment.

M & L for PCC 40mm thick (minimum Consolidated thickness) Type B-0 (1:2:4), using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in padding finished even and smooth without using extra cement with existing slope with V shaped groves 6mm wide and 10mm deep @ 0.60 metre spacing both bays or part there of on top of padding and filled with mastic bitumen of 1:1 preparation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 8-10mm thick (square / rectangular ) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.18 Sqm not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cment slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
