M&L Preparation of new steel or iron surfaces over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint (of approved shade) over a coat of zink oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, steel and iron work, new or old (such as roof trusses, rafter, purline etc), of any description and girth, not otherwise described, and treated with tar or coal tar black paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of demolished meterial to a distance of 500m or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of plastered roof surface by cleaning surface free from dust and other foreign materials etc. and laying in repair Atatic poly propylene polymer modified membrane pre fabricated 3mm thick with non woven polyester matt central core of 160 gms/Sqm weighing not less than 3.5kg per sqm laid over primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.4 lit/sqm by using LPG/Butane torch and applying uniform pressure with a roller with overlap of 100mm in longitudinal direction and 150mm in transverse direction laid as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed and including following courses of descriptions given below :- (a) A coat of bonding material using blown grade bitumen 85/25 confirming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm. (b) Laying of APP modified membrane described hereinbefore with joints sealed with cement mortar (1:3) mixed with SBR latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and curved well before lying the membrane. (c) Applying binding material using blown grade bitumen 85/25 confirming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm. Note : The contractor shall give a guarantee of 10 years from the date of completion of work for water proofing treatment. The amount Rs. 25.00 (Rupees Twenty five Only) per Sqm and min of Rs 2500/- for water proofing treatment shall be withheld from contractor’s final bill till the expiry of guarantee period. The contractor at his own option may furnish fix deposit receipt pledged in favour of GE (I) Kanpur.

Dismantling of terracing tiles/brick tiles single layer on roof,laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick tiles 40mm thick with minimum flexural strength 1.5 N/Sqmm set, joints grouted flush in CM 1:3 mixed chemical (plasticizer) by weight of cement over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Raking out joints/pointing to brick work , brick tiles, laid flat, in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with DUNE (MICRO LOOK) EDGE TILES WITH ARMSTRONG XL 15 mm EXPOSED STEEL ANGLE. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, NRC Upto 0.5, Light Reflectance >85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052- 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance Class 0/Class1 (BS 476 Part 6&7) in module size of 600 X 600 X 12 mm with Bio Block coating on the face of the tile, suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 38-41%.The steel angle should be of “Armstrong” make with 15mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 32, 27 and 27mm and a load carrying capacity of 7.5 Kgs/Sqm. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per Sqm & passed through 500 hrs of Salt test ,Perimeter trim to be Armstrong wall angles of size 30x19x19mm, secured to walls at 450 mm maximum centre to centre hanging with 4 mm GI wire copmlete all as specified and directed according to manufacturers instruction and Complete including taking down old false ceiling (any type & any thickness) complete all as specified and as directed.

Hacking out old broken glasses of any description from metal frames including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/springs clips and fixing new ones complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster form brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubing down with water etc complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick with WPC on fair face of brick work conc surface in CM 1:4 including necessary scaffolding, complete all as specified. (Note WPC Shall be measured separately)

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.
