M & L for servicing of Package type indoor unit of capacity 5.5/8.75/11/16.5 TR by opening front grill, bottom grill cleaning filters, by spraying water jet, removing dust/dirt from package unit all over, checking electric connection, checking any leakage by applying soap solution on joint & liquid /vapour lines properly checking functionality of all spares replacing the same under relevant item of schedule & put the air conditioner into operation. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Sliding the filter out and washing it with water and drying in the shade , reinstalling the same. (iii) Checking the compressor for oil leakage and inspection of vibrations insulation rubber for wear and tightening the mounting lugs.

S & F in replacement of thermostatic expansion valve 5.5 TR suitable for Refrigerent R 22 of 11TR operated package AC unit complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of thermostatic expansion valve 5.5 TR suitable for Refrigerent R-407C of 16.5TR operated package AC unit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Liquid line valve, 5.5 TR of size 1/2 inch or of suitable size as per sample and testing the system leak proof before and after fixing of new valve all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed round heavy duty multi stranded copper conductor 1100 Volt grade conforming to IS:69 and cross sectional area 4 Sqmm 3 core fixed on wall by saddles all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S & F water drain out pipe with L-bow, socket, reducer suitable for 20 mm, 25 mm, 40mm all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F in replacement of moulded case circuit breaker 63 Amps, TP , 16 KA, 415 volts 50 Hz including necessary connection for incoming /outgoing with lugs of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 27 above but of 100 Amps TP 16 KA, 415 V, 50 Hz all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Note: (i) The cost of any other sensing/protective device Eqpt required to make the plant functional related to compressor shall be included in quoted rates. (ii) The cost of hiring of technician from the OEM of compressor for installation & commissioning shall be included in quoted rate.

(vii) Easy look up with fire alarm system.

M & L for detecting leakage from the close circuit of package type AC unit of capacity upto 16.5 TR, rectifying the leakage by breezing of copper rod & oxygen flame, vaccuming the system after rectification of leakage, charging nitrozen and holding the pressure not less than 24 hrs or as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F insulation pipe of size 5/8, 7/8 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F insulation pipe of size 1/2, 3/8 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F insulation pipe 1 inch/1.5 inch complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for de-scaling of condenser of various Package AC plant of capecity upto 11 TR complete all as specified and as directed:- (i) Opening Block of condenser Inlet and Outlet water pipe. (ii) De-scaling of condenser tubes with de-scaling solution mixed with water by pump method for a duration of 08 hours continous circulation. (iii) Opening of bolts side condenser cover for following work. (iv) Cleaning of condenser copper tubes carefully with condenser cleaning brushes to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. (v) Removing of rubber gasket of both side covers, preparing new rubber gasket 6 mm thick, fixing properly with existing bolts/nuts/washers. Note:- Cost of descaling solution solution is deemed to be included in quoted rates. Descaling of water cooled condenser capacity up to 16.5 TR by chemical solution with use of long brush in proper manner without leakage.

M&L for Descaling of water cooled condenser capacity 16.5 TR by chemical solution with use of long brush in proper manner without leakage complete all as specified and as directed:- (i) Opening Block of condenser Inlet and Outlet water pipe. M & L for cleaning of cooling tower and FRP by chemical solution complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F sprinkler assembly suitable for 16.5 TR complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out burnt/ defective CT fan motor of capacity 2 to 3 HP and re-winding with super eanmelded copper wire, refixing in existing package unit complete testing and commissioning all as directed. Make of copper wire as approved by GE.

Taking out burnt/ defective condenser mono block pump motor 10 to 15 HP suitable for package unit of capacity upto 16.5 TR and re-winding with super eanmelded copper wire, refixing in existing package unit complete testing and commissioning all as directed. Make of copper wire as approved by GE.

M & L for charging of refrigerant gas R-22 in package type AC after detection and rectification of leakage all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:- (i) Details of Package AC Unit in which gas is charged, such as SM/MES Number, Capecity of unit shall be entered in MB. (ii) Refragent gas shall be broaught by contractor in cylinder of capacity 61 KG and empty cylinders shall be returned to the contractor only after complete consumption of gas without any extra cost to the Department.

All as per item No. 53 above but of refrigerant gas R-410 in cylinder. Capacity of each cylinder shall be 40 Kg.

All as per item No. 53 above but of refrigerant gas R-407C in cylinder. Capacity of each cylinder shall be 61 Kg.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning in replacement of MS Pipes heavy grade of size 50 mm with complete fittings such as bends, tees, elbows, reducers, flanges, special fittings, suspension hangers, etc, as required all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F in replacement of galvanised steel tubes medium grade of size 25mm including all fittings and testing complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix Butterfly Valve of 50 mm dia, Cast Iron body Water type integrally moulded close end body construction with Hand lever operated and rating of BH-10 with thermal insulation as per requirement of chilled water line all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per item No. 58 above, but of size 100mm dia.

S & F in replacement of Over load thermal relay 12 to 23 Amp suitable for package AC of capacity upto 16.5 TR complete all as specified and directed.
