Supply, fixing and testing in replacement of conventional manual call point 24V resettable type, each MCP installed on the loop shall have a unique address, set at the commissioning stage by means of a seven-segment DIL switch. The elapsed time between activation of the MCP and initiation of the sounders in an alarm condition via command from the fire alarm control panel shall not exceed three seconds complete in all respect as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing and testing of existing unserviceable and manual call point/ fire smoke detector/fire sensor/alarm including opening, soldering of circuits, cleaning, replacement of glass, testing and painting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply fixing and testing in replacement of loop powered sounder strobe 24V. Dual tone hooter shall be of electronic type and shall give discontinuous/ intermittent audible alaram. The line matching transformer shall be provided complete in all respect as specified or indicated including testing on completion and complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling the existing loop sounder by disconnecting device by movable ladder, dismantling cap & sensor board, cleaning the parts using CRC solution and check the control wiring circuit the PCB board , communication panel, device controlled by a programme, device sound & fire red flash light indication while fire activate and re addressing & re installation work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Programming the main fire alarm panel, detecting the device activating the sounder according to the device, checking the communication between the all the device, fire alarm and main panel using ladder, making main fire alarm to normal display without any fault complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of Fire alarm control panel complying with BS EN 54 Single loop panel of capacity from 99 detectors & 99 modules upto 200 detector and modules complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair of Beam Master detector with Transmitter and receiver complete all specifed and directed.

S & F in repair of Fire Alarm Sounders / Sirens Electronic type horizontal single stage continous normal operation for atleast 50 minutes with sound level 65 DB to 120 DB measured at 1.5 Mtr with sound output variation of + 5 DB 500 mtrs range complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair of Detectors Complying with and type certified to EN - 45 Addressable type smoke detector Photoelectric /Optical with base with self built intelligence as per IS: 11360 complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

Material & labour wiring for circuit / submain wiring along with earth wire with the cable FR LSH, PVC insulated, un sheathed, copper conductor, multistranded, 1100 volts grade single core cables drawn through and including ERW steel conduit and conduit accessories surface / concealed in walls all as specified of size 2 x 1.5 Sq mm + 1 x 1.5 Sq mm for Smoke / fire detectors. Complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply,Installation and testing of fire alaram panel of existig Zone conventional type made out of CRCA sheet with powder coated finish of IP50 red colour suitable for operate on primary power 120-220VAC and stand by power 24 V DC , wall/celing mounted completed all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting/ removal of corroded MS sheet 3mm thick from fire fighting boxes and supply and fabricate 3mm thick CRCA sheet including necessary door hinges, door knobs, door locks, aldrops, over drops, door beading, rubber washers angles iron channel, clamps etc including applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel PO red paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer and fixing of 4mm thick transparent glass on the door as per existing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour of cross arms ,bracings,supports,clamp and back plate fabicated from structural steel sections,including nut and bolts, washers welding bend or cold or hot,drilling holes for bolt in any shape or size indicated or direcected and inclusive of one primer coat,one under coat and one finishing coat all complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing ERW MS pipe class 'B' pipe 150 mm bore having wall thickness 6mm with permissible tolerance + 10%, pipe shall be confirming to IS-3589, IS marked and steel grade of Fe-410 along with joints (As per site requirements) and taking down of old unserviciable pipe. laid in trenches/along road/on surfaces/slopes/pillars/culverts/causeways etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Jointing of pipe line will be done through flanging including nut bolts, washers, flanges etc or circular welding as per site requirment and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately.

Repair to old sluice valve of sizes 80 to 150mm for check nut, refacing, regrinding & refixing at its original location including cleaning, repacking stuffing box of sluice valve & spindle including fixing & testing complete all as directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair to old non return valve of sizes 80 to 150mm for check nut, refacing, regrinding & refixing at its original location including cleaning, repacking stuffing box of non return valve including fixing & testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting electric connection of 10 HP to 40 HP motor, removing the unserviciable motor from existing place by unscrewing the foundation bolts and nuts decoupling from the pump, setting aside and transporting to workshop for repairs including dismantling the motor,cutting/taking out burnt winding of stator, rotor, cleaning the slots, transporting back after repair & re-assembling the same. Complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (a) Rewinding of motor will be measured and paid separately under relevent item. (b) The rates quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of loading/unloading, transportation, grease, nuts, bolts and washers of any size and shape as required at site and refixing of serviceable motor duly functional and testing complete at its existing location/position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing the burnt out winding from the rotor and stator, cleaning the slots, providing high quality of class'B' paper insulation inside the slots, rewinding the motor of capacity 10 HP to 40 HP with super enamel copper wire of same size and guage as per existing rapping up with high quality cotton tape and varnising with super quality oil including drying upto desired temperature and desired time. Note:- Cost of labour for winding deemed to be included in the rate quoted. Make : Atlas/Devi Dayal or equivalent make approved by GE.

Material and labour for scrapping of existing paint on fire fighting Pipe lines, fittings, motors, pumps, cabinet boxes, valve chamber covers, fire brigades and other miscellaneous items associated to the complete fire fighting system in buildings up to (G+6 floors) and applying two coats red colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Decoupling, disconnecting suction line and discharge line taking down from foundation, dismounting from base channels strip opening all parts, derusting, cleaning, overhualing comprising of repairs/replacement of unserviceable parts of pump sets and taking to workshop (if reqd) for repairs. Reassembling of pump set mounting and fixing on base channel, recoupling of suction & discharge line realignment commissioning and testing in respect of centrifugal/multistage pump of capacity 10 HP all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
