1. FRP Molded Canopy (Gazebo Hex. Shape) Double Finishing sheet in 18`Dia i) 6 No. Ornamental Design FRP Molded Pillar FRP Hexagonal Pillar base each side 195mm with vertical fitted design and height 970mm and having B class vertical m.s round pipe of size 88 mmX2.5mm thick and height 2890mm, the central m.s pipe holds FRP Molded taj 6no of size 260 x 260 x 210mm high suitably mounted at appropriate height complete as per design. Complete pillar suitably grinded and subsequently spray painted with two coats of P.0 Paints (1st Coat of Epoxy Surface Tolerance Primer INTERSEAL 670HS and 2nd Coat of PU finish Paint INTERTHANE 990 or Equal lent ( in required shade). ii)12 No. spndred and 6 no. Friezes Floral and Ornate decorative design combination of spandrel and frieze, matched to be suspended between two m.s pillars as per the design. The spandrel (L-Bracket) having length 420mm and height 400mm the frieze (Top Panel) height 250mm and length as per the size of the gazebo. The frieze mounted on m.s tabular pipe frame of size 50mm x 25mm, frieze properly welded to the column pillars at either ends. Complete set of spandrel and frieze uniformly grinded spray primered, spray painted with P.0 Paints(1st Coat of Epoxy Surface Tolerance Primer INTERSEAL 670HS and 2nd Coat of PU finish Paint INTERTHANE 990 or Equal lent ( in required shade).. iii) 3 No. M S rectangular tube /frp base panel railing with frame Floral and Ornate decorative design M S square pipe /frp side railing panel as per design having height of 730mm and length as per size of Gazebo. Each panel top and bottom mounted with mild steel tubular pipe frame of size 50 x 25 mm. The bottom mild steel pipe having 2 nos. of hold fasts in m.s pipe of size 40 x 40mm and length 250mm welded at the base to hold the panel in the ground. Every panel length is as per the gap between the two pillars. The complete railing panel grinded for neat surface finishes spray primered and subsequently spray painted with P.0 Paint in required shade(1st Coat of Epoxy Surface Tolerance Primer INTERSEAL 670HS and 2nd Coat of PU finish Paint INTERTHANE 990 or Equal lent ( in required shade). iv) One set of top frame with Double Finishing FRP Molded roof Top frame in MS tubular pipe of size 40 x 40mm properly welded and grinded. The top frame mounted with FRP molded Sheet of 4 mm thick with top and bottom good finishing (Double finishing sheet) to make it rust proof bent to profile of size 245mm width on either ends fixed horizontally along the length between column pillars. Also it contain FRP Molded Diamond Shape of 14` x 3 mm thick at the central top for its beautification. Each such sheet properly riveted to horizontal sheets. Complete canopy flooring with kota flooring/tile flooring at site as decided by Engineer-in-Charge and without sitting bench at site 1. LED Light Strip from inside the canopy for Ambience look 2. 1 Nos of Ceiling Fan inside the Canopy The scope includes complete fabrication, transportation, on-site installation, and commissioning with all necessary materials, labour, and accessories, to be completed as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of Victorian Bench covering area approx. 5’L frame to frame side frame in of heavy duty cast iron which is circular shape at front sitting corner. Seat and rest 59” long total 12 Nos. is of MS rectangular pipe 65x25mm x 16 Gauge complete with Epoxy primer (Interseal 670 HS) and PU Finish (Interthane 990) paints (Protective coating division) item without GST, Transportation, Installation with C.C and amp: labor at site.
