Sub head A: (Construction of stage)

Making/ fabricating Wooden Raised platform of height upto 200 mm or as per approved drawing and design. The rate shall be for the complete item including making n provision of Electrical as well as media Cable (Cat 5 /Cat 6 or any additional cable as required. All tools and machinery shall be arranged by agency. Nothing extra shall be paid on account of this. (Actual area shall be measured for payment).

Wooden laminated flooring over raised flooring of required pattern shade and make as per approved drawing and design. (Actual area shall be measured for payment).

Making/ fabricating 50 to 100 mm high floor stage with wooden flooring / grass carpet as per approved design and direction of Engineer -in charge for the purpose of theme area or selfie point over the raised wooden platform. Nothing extra shall be paid or deducted on account of any variation in the height of the raised flooring.

Sub head B(Fabrication and finishing of Pavilion)

Self supporting Wooden Partition in walls for Pantry, VIP Lounge, Store cum Server room etc with double side Paint finish.

Self supporing Wooden Partition in walls for Pantry , VIP Lounge, Store cum Server room etc with single side Paint finish.

Wooden door in Pantry and store including locking arrangement as per direction of E-I-C.

C/o meeting room of approx size 5 m X 2.5 m with toughened glass partition, without compromising visibility, for seating capacity of 8 to 10 persons. Provision of Two/Three seater Sofa , One seater sofa set and center table placement shall be made. (The furniture item shall be paid separately on rental basis). The door of the meeting room shall be of toughened glass with all patch fitting, handles etc shall be provisioned.

Toughened Glass door for meeting room along with fitting and fixtures as per approved design and drawing.

Providing and installing self supporting Facia Structure as per the approved design and drawing with provision of lights (down LED light, spot light, profile light, track light etc ). The facia may be in curved, linear or any geometrical shape as per approved design and drawing. (Vertical support structure shall be measured and paid separately).

Wooden Ceiling in paint finish in Pantry room/store/server room as per design approved and as per direction of EIC.

Use Cases Podium in spray paint finish of size 2.0m (W) x 0.5m (D) x 2.5m (H) approximately with provision of installation of TV screen of size 55" (Android/Google as per partner requirement) back to back. There will be provision of back lit poster of partner content in addition to lockable counter as per approved design and drawing and direction of E-I-C. (Nothing extra shall be paid or deducted for variation in size).

Table -of approximate size 1.0m x 0.70m x 0.9m as per direction of E-I-C.

Reception Counter of approved design and shape as per drawing of any shape in spray paint finish of approx size 4.5m (W) x 0.6m (D) x 1.0m (H) with provision of installing LED Lit Logo, Profile light as per Direction of E-I-C.

Metal / wooden Verticals post as per approved design for supporting fascia or any other structure as direction of EIC.

Sub head E(Audio-Video) - 4 days

Providing & fixing 43" TOUCH SCREEN as per approved pavilion Design.

Providing & fixing LED Video Wall - 3.0m x 2.0m or of any other size as per design, on plain or on curve or of any shape. The content provided by BSNL shall be required to be edited / modified as per the software requirement of LED Video wall and size of the video wall and nothing extra shall be paid for such modifications.

Providing & fixing 55" LED TV as per design or direction of EIC.

Providing & fixing 75" LED TV in meeting room or at any other location as per approved design and drawing or direction of EIC.

Supplying Installation testing and commissioning of Kinetic wall of approx size (3.5 X 2.5) m The content provided by BSNL shall be required to be edited / modified as per the software requirement and nothing extra shall be paid for such modifications. The rate includes all hardware, supporting structure, handling , installation etc. Nothing extra shall be paid for creation of content. A technician shall also be provided during all show days.

Supplying Installation testing and commissioning of Photo Booth with QR code and provisioning of printing of the photo and placing in paper envelope with branding of BSNL and delivery to the guest. One technician for providing all these services should be arranged on all show days. The modification in the attaire, dress of the preloaded pictures will be required to be done as per design approved and directed by E-I-C. The required modification will be carried out ( 3 to 4 times) till it is approved by BSNL and nothing extra shall be paid. The quoted rate should include cost of printing, packing material and other miscellaneous requirement for approx 100 prints per day. Nothing extra shall be paid or deducted in case of variation in the number of prints. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of all supporting structure / Panel for installation.

Supplying Installation testing and commissioning of Holo graphic fan consisting of 9 nos of fan, the approx screen area will be of 2.5 m X 2.5 m as per approved design and direction of E-I-C. The modification in the content of the preloaded pictures, text or video will be required to be done as per design approved and directed by E-I-C. The required modification may required be carried out ( 3 to 4 times) till it is approved by BSNL. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all support structure and confinement for the purpose of installation. Nothing extra shall be paid for creation of content. A technician shall also be provided during all show days.

Supplying, Installation testing and commissioning of Robot Autonomus as per approved design and direction of E-I-C. The robot shall be of approx 4 feet to 5 feet height and be moving all around the pavilion. The modification in the content of the preloaded pictures, text or video or any input will be required to be done as per design approved and directed by E-I-C. The required modification will be carried out ( 3 to 4 times) till it is approved by BSNL. Nothing extra shall be paid for creation of content. A technician shall also be provided during all show days.

Supplying Installation testing and commissioning of AI Avatar - Holobox which will be integrated with existing backend data as per approved design and direction of E-I-C. The modification in the content of the preloaded pictures, text or video will be required to be done as per design approved and directed by E-I-C. The required modification will be carried out ( 3 to 4 times) till it is approved by BSNL. Nothing extra shall be paid for creation of content. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all support structure /Panel and confinement for the purpose of installation.

Supplying Installation testing and commissioning of Dial Controlled LED Wall of approx size (5 m X 3 m) or as per approved design with minimum control point 8 to 10 nos or as per approved design and direction of E-I-C. The modification in the content of the preloaded pictures, text or video will be requireed to be done as per design approved and directed by E-I-C. The required modification will be carried out ( 3 to 4 times) till it is approved by BSNL and nothing extra shall be paid. Nothing extra shall be paid for creation of content. A technician will be required to be provided on all show days. The rate quoted shall be inclusive of all supproting structure for installation. Nothing extra shall be paid or deducted in case of variation in the area.

AV Technician for all show days

A professional photographer for all show days (4 days) for photography He will give the photos captured on each show day to the authorized person of BSNL for purpose of record and uploading on social media. The photographer shall be tidy dressed smart looking and good behaivour, soft spoken and fully equipped.

A professional videographer for all show days ( 4 days) for videography He will give the video captured on each show day to the authorized person of BSNL for purpose of record and uploading on social media. The videographer shall be tidy dressed, smart looking, good behavior, soft spoken and fully equipped.

Providing and installing PA system for a period of Four Days including all accessories complete as per the requirements and the directions of Engineer In Charge.
