CONDENSING UNIT (DOUBLE CIRCUIT UNIT)

Supply and fixing condenser 18 gauge made out of 18 gauge CRCA power coated body high static axial fan bullet expanded 26 gauge copper coil with aluminium finned high pressure & low pressure cut out transducer compressing power saver scroll compressor of 5.5 TR including Foundation/ plinth/base: shall be provided as per manufacture;s recommendations, hoever minimum 0.5M space should be available all around the set and height of plinth shall not be less than 40cm and on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 40cm above the ground level/roof top and 45cm below the ground level complete complete all as specified and directed.

REFRIGERANT PIPEING CONTROL AND CUT OUTS

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electronic expansion valve and control kit compatible to connect the following DX type AHU , including brass hand shut off valve and liquid line catch accessory for filter driver 7/8" SAE DX-305 complete. The AHU kit should be complete with control box for flow of refrigerant so as to modulate the capacity of AHU as and when required in sync with temprature of OT-1 & OT-2. The AHU kit should have corded remote control and capability to control the AHU fan speed of AHU Fan with external equalizer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for refrigerant piping between AHU and condensing unit hard drawn copper 16 SWG of size - 7/8" and 5/8" and with tube thickness 1.2mm with 19mm thick insulation nitrile rubber complete with all fittings including laying on MS tray complete all as specified and directed.

LAMINAR FLOW DIFFUSER UNIT

Material and labour for ceiling mounted for plain air made out of 0.8 mm GI powder coated sheet of size 8' x 6' plenum , SS frame & perforated sheet having HEPA filters of 0.3 micron full filtration area including laminar flow of filtered air and terminal HEPA filter of 0.3 micron with removable panel including air diffuser with arrangement for OT lights suspended complete all as specified and directed.

DUCTING AND THERMAL INSULATION WORK

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site, made of GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports, etc for return and exhaust air. The gauge size of GSS Sheet should be 22 SWG including bracing (as specified), necessary supports using thread rods (as directed) and anchor bolts, supply air collars, vanes, splitters dampers duly painted of the ducts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of thermal insulation of ducting 19 mm thick nitrile rubber complete all as specified and directed.
