Conversion of LT over head conductor to under ground cable and connected items at Jadhunath enclave and Amenities under GE Gurdaspur.

Amount

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil including cutting road surfaces n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for poles, stay, cable, pipe etc getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling,watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick in soft loose soil all as specified.

Supply and laying brick common burnt sub class "B" old size (compressive strength not less than 75 kg per sqcm) for protection of cable laid in trenches for under ground cable all as specified.

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches using fine sand to under ground cable, laid in two layers 15cm before laying the cable & 8cm after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for cable protection GI tubing light grade fixed along the pole/ wall/ under road of size 100 mm bore with necessary clamps, nut and bolts all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge. (Note : Clamps, nut and bolt will be measured and paid for separately).

All as per Srl item No 6 here-in-before but size 40mm.

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE insulated armoured (under ground) heavy duty electic cable with stranded aluminim conductor 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 185 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/in floor road/ along the pole etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note : Excavation earth work, brick protection and cushioning shall be measured & paid for separately).

All as per Srl item No 8 here-in-before but size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm×60cm×6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

M&L for road cutting, including excavation returning filling in, spreading levelling, well ramming in layers, soiling with, broken boudders/ stones, WBM 7.5 cm thick coarse aggregate received from dismentling the existing WBM of road , watering and ramming , 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for road patch repair work, section/cross section area of cutting shall be all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in Charge.

Supplying, installing, testing of LT control bus bar chamber out door type with neoprene rubber gasket and locking arrangement vermin/dust / weather proof, self ventilation with wire mesh at suitable interval totally enclosed, busbar chamber, fullly comparted type, front openable hinged with locking arrangement rear and front door with L drop locking arrangement made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated paint, properly welded and connecting the incoming / out going feeders by providing cable glands and cable lugs complete all as specified and directed comprising of following accessories :- (i) MCCB 250 Amp 4 pole, 36KA with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting including spreader. (ii) Bus bars : 320 Amp TPN aluminium bus bars (iii) Volt meter 0 to 500 volts digital type with slector switch - 1 No (iv) Ampere meter 0 to 200 Amp digital type slector swtich - 1 No (v) LED Phase indicator lamp Set of three. (vi) All connections from MCCBs to bus bar & bus bar to MCCB shall be made with suitable size of aluminium strip thimble lugs cost of which included in the quoted rate of item.

(vii) All acessories prewired with copper conductor cable single strand PVC insulated with copperthimble lugs etc all as specified and directed. (viii) Above all complete in all respect including installation of panel and frame pedestal legs made of ISA 5050 of size 40x40x6 mm of length 900 mm x 450 mm below the ground and 450 mm above the gound level grouted in PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) .

Supplying, installing, testing of LT out door feeder pillar box double door type with neoprene rubber gasket and locking arrangement vermin/dust / weather proof, self ventilation with wire mesh at suitable interval on both side, totally enclosed, busbar chamber, fullly comparted type, front openable hinged independent door for each compartment with common openable hinged door with proper locking arrangement and front and rear side with L drop locking of suitable size made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated paint, cting the incoming / out going feeders by providing cable glands and cable lugs complete all as specified and directed comprising of following accessories :- (i) 01 Nos 400 Amp 4P 36KA microprocessor MCCB with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting including spreader terminal kit both side - outgoing (ii) Bus bars :630A TPN+E aluminium bus bars suitable for outgoing feeders. (iii) 04 Nos 250 Amp 4P 36KA microprocessor MCCB with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting including spreader terminal kit both side -outgoing (iv) 01 Nos 100 Amp 3P 16KA MCCB with adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting including spreader terminal kit both side. (v) Volt meter 0 to 500 volts digital type including inbuilt VSS = 1 No

(vi) Ampere meter 0 to 500 Amp digital type including inbuild slector swtich =1 No (vii) LED Phase indicator lamp Set of three. (viii) All connections from MCCBs to bus bar & bus bar to MCCB shall be made with suitable size of aluminium strip thimble lugs cost of which included in the quoted rate of item. Taking down any type LT UG cable, AB cable all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ACSR conductors of any size complete and stacking all as specified and directed

Taking down any type insulators all as specified and directed.

A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/ dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Rs. 1,13,650.00 Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
