Repair, maint and making the continuity of supply after rectifying the defects of the electrical items such as Main DB's, switches, sockets, fan regulator, replacement of MCB (light/power), lamp holders (bracket/ batten), bell/buzzer, push button, ceiling rose, capacitors, tube light fitting any type, ceiling lights, Flame Proof MCB DB, rotary type switch single pole/double pole, switch socket and plug combined, tube light fitting, flood light fitting and other similar electrical items/fittings etc. including providing of small pieces of electrical wire of size 1 sqmm to 10 sqmm single core and length not exceeding 0.50 mtrs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ITEM NO. 1.00 CONTD... Note :- (i) Any accessories found unserviceable that shall be replaced under respective items of this Sch and shall be measured & paid seperately under Srl item No. 6.00 to 19.00 (ii) Other items like stationery, rent of T&P, misc items like insulation tape, screws, nuts & bolts are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor. Note for item No. 01 :- (i) Contractor will arrange minimum 2 well experienced electrician and 2 experienced helper to attend repair of internal electrical system at site as required by Engr-in-Charge .Complain should complete the assigned job within 48 Hrs after receipt of the assignment. If the contractor fail to completed the assigned job in the given time recovery will be made Rs. 50.00 @ Per Job.Non reporting of trademen : 300/- per elect /Helper 200/- per helper per day .Providing of safty equipments to the electrician/labour will be responsibility of the contractor.

ITEM NO. 1.00 CONTD... (ii) Details of repair to be collected throughout the contract period from JE E/M at 0900 Hrs from office located at Mil stataion Area. Register of repair should be prepared by the contractor and details of repair to be updated in the register after completion of every repair work. (ii) Contractor will arrange vehicle, electrical tools, folding ladder, misc item like insulation tape, screws, nuts and bolts for repair work.
