CONSTRUCTION ON TURNKEY BASIS 30 MLD EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT INCLUDING RECIRCULATION SYSTEM FOR RE-USE OF TREATED WATER AT ANPARA THERMAL POWER STATION ANPARA

Construction of ETP of 30 MLD capacity at Anpara Thermal Power Plant on TUNKEY BASIS. The work includes route survey, preparation of design/drawing and preparation of technical specification, preparation and approval of construction drawings all by any of the IIT or equivalent reputed academic institution. Work includes construction manufacture, supply, fabrication, shop testing, packaging, transportation, transit insurance, loading, unloading storing of material at site, erection, site testing final painting, commissioning and performance testing by IIT or equivalent reputed institution also including all required civil works with provision for recirculation system of treated water up to ash water pump house of A&B Thermal Power Stations for its re-use. Construction of power supply arrangement for construction and running of ETP. Supply & erection of all required electrical & Mechanical equipments, structural works, material handling and hoisting facilities, ventilation, electrical and instrumentation works & all other related works required for proper completion and commissioning of Effluent Treatment Plant of Physico Chemical Treatment Technology. ETP shall comply the latest norms of MOEF /CPCB /UPPCB.The work also includes all works related to collection and conveyance of effluent from various location/drains of Anpara Power Plant to ETP. This includes making arrangement for crossing of intervening roads/rail tracks or drainage system i.e. construction of culverts/bridges where ever required. Work also includes supply of mandatory spares for maintenance and operation of the ETP up to one year including trial run and maintenance of ETP up to 12 months along with all labour T&P required for the same.
