M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices plasters by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil & gressy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling including cornices plasters by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil & gressy spots etc and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surface and description including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water,

M&L Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair aces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair aces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with and including water proofing compound including two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surface of wall including preparation of surface and curing after applying each coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick on concrete in CM 1:3 in facia or ediging of chajjas, ceiling and roof projection etc incl taking taking out pealed off plaster/concrete and making good to crackes in RCC surfaces in true line/shape by providing RCC 1:2:4 type b1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate including all necessary from work to thickness at required at GF and FF finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE - The rate will inclussive of scafolding for single or double story including making holes in brickwork and making good in cement mortor.

Material & labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old wooden surface on any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation of old painted surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.14 above, but one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI pipes 15mm bore and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal un-serviceabl pipe, S&F GI tube 15mm bore medium grade galvanised ISI marked with all fittings complete on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI pipes 20mm bore and connection including cleaning for refixing or removal un-serviceabl pipe, S&F GI tube 20mm bore medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed to short length complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulders masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar incl all quions, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles,

M&L for M&L Brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 all as specified.

Dismantling water tanks (Capacity of tank exc 250 Ltr but n exc 500 Ltr) and removing from site, S&F Rotational moulded polyethelyne water storage tank two layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top hoisted fixed in position all as specified in SSR part-I, capacity of tank 500 ltr incl inlet and outlet connection 20mm dia and 15mm dia GI pipes medium grade respectively 20mm GI pipe medium grade over flow pipe 15cm long, complete all as specified and directed.
