S&F in repairs pre painted galvalume aluminum ZINC coating GI base corrugated steel 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPA as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screw with minimum 150mm end lap and one corrugation side lap including dismantling the existing sheets complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any description and position, complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster in concrete or brick wall surface of any thickness from brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches (soft/loose soil) n exc. 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. and getting out all as specified.

M & L Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete as in sub base all as specified.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls with old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified.

All as per item no 5 before but except bricks

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate in surface channels and drains etc incl demolition of existing drain, surface channel all as specified and disposing of debries etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 using 20mm graded aggregate in drains, foundation, flooring etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1 : 4 mixed finished even and fair faces without using extra cement including taking down old plaster complete all as specified.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of work and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

M & L for removing excavated material exc. 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed all as specified.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type fixed in any situation complete all as directed.

Excavating in posts holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n.exc 0.50 Cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

S&Fin repairs Framed work as in Fencing Posts, Swan necks, doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of fencing wire or other covering. etc. also fastening and fixing complete incl cleats, brackets, complete of Fe 410-W (Gde e-250) quality B complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for providing PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as directed.

S&F Mild Steel round bars in fencing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts,including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed to other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and hexagonal or square nut length of bolt n.exc 5cm long and dia of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation newly or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as directed

Preparation of old painted surface of steel and iron surface of any description and in any position over 10 cm width or girth and M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Complete removal exising old surfaces of wall by scrubbing with hard brushing ,brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smook root mould moss and efforescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots as applicable and washing with water and applying two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint from manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

S&F SFRC manhole covers of medium duty of overall size 1000mmx500mmx75mm thick factory made complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decoreated/undecoreated external wall / Ceiling applying two coats of cement base paint by spray gun/ spray machine complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr- in-charge.

Providing & Fixing type B0 1:2:4(12.5mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), inclding all mouldings but excluding frames complete all as specfied and directed

M&L for providing type B1 1:2:4(20mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4 precast cement concrete in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars,bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets,etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed

M & L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4(1 cement: 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool and applying cement slurry on the under layer @3g of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2(1 cement :1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and wasshing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).
