Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (including all taxes, labour cess etc but excluding GST.)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on preared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achive the desired denisty, complete as per Technical Specification clause 401. (including all taxes, labour cess etc but excluding GST.)

Providing laying and spreading Material on a prepared sub grade, adding cement @ 2% by weight to the spread Material manually mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller and OMC to achieve the desired uncomfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base. (including all taxes, labour cess etc but excluding GST.)

Providing laying and spreading Material on a prepared sub base, cement @ 4% by weight to the spread Material manually mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller and OMC to achieve the desired uncomfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base/base (including all taxes, labour cess etc but excluding GST.)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (Including cost of material, Bitumen & Labour cess etc but Excluding GST.)

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 (13.2mm & 11.20mm in 2:1) mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. (Including cost of material, Bitumen & Labour cess etc but Excluding GST.)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing 6.7mm stone grit @0.009 cum per sqm the voids in a bituminous grade VG-10 @0.65kg per sqm surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510. (Including cost of material, Bitumen & Labour cess etc but Excluding GST.)

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (including all taxes, labour cess etc but excluding GST.)

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets Clause 1100.(350 mm Dia Hume Pipe) (including all taxes, labour cess etc but excluding GST.)
