Providing and laying cement water proofing treatment with Dr. FIXIT-FAST FLEX or equivalent with two componant polymer modified comentitious coating consisting of comentitious powder and a polimer liquid in two coats for Ist coat :- clean and satutae surface and then applying a coat of Dr. FIXIT and the same process shall be extended upto 300 mm (three hundred millimetre) vertically the second coat shall be applied in opposit direction after four to six hours of applicaton of firstly coat than sprinkle sand on top surface of applied Dr. FIXIT then apply cement mortar 1 : 4 ( one cement : four sand) and admixed with 200 ml of pidiproof LW @ 200 ml per 50 kg bag complete as per architect drawing including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .The rates are inclusive octroi, royality,malkana ,toll tax,sale tax,GST,labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government. .
