Earthwork in open / Surface Excavation not exceeding 300mm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sq.m on plan in all types of soil, mixture of gravel and disintegrated rock, hard stiff clay including grading and levelling neatly by breaking clods, disposal of excavated earth upto 50m lead & lift upto 1.5m, (Disposed soil to be levelled by breaking clods, if any and neatly dressed) etc., all complete as per specifications.

Clearing heavy jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level, removal of rubbish upto a distance of 60m outside the periphery of the area cleared, cutting and stacking the useful fire wood if any within an initial lead of 100 mtrs etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Trimming of tree branches, which causing hindrance to free vehicle movement, blocking street light and touching the building etc., on road sides, avenues, streets and near buildings, including cutting the branches of trees using necessary tools, collecting, transporting and disposing them at places shown by the department using their own means of conveyance all as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying in position of plain cement concrete using hard granite broken stone for all insitu levelling courses in foundations, floor, roof screeding, encasing pipes, etc., including mechanical mixing, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, dewatering, if any including the cost of formwork etc., all complete as per specifications.

1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing, erecting, placing in position and removing Formwork for all insitu concrete works at all lifts and all shapes such as circular works, chamfers, splays, etc., using Steel / Plywood shuttering including centering, scaffolding, strutting, propping with necessary bracing in all areas, fixing of EPs, cutting holes and fixing pipe sleeves, applying of approved form oil over surface in contact with concrete, de-shuttering after specified curing period, etc., all complete as per drawings and specifications. Note: Measurement for the formwork shall be the area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Stop boards for construction joints will not be measured separately for payment. Centering and shuttering where exceeding 3.5m height in one floor shall be measured and paid for separately.

For Plain Surfaces upto 3.5m height

Providing and casting insitu Reinforced Cement Concrete of the following grades of design mix by Weigh batching using machine crushed hard broken granite stone of nominal size 20mm including cost of admixtures in recommended proportion wherever required, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidation, curing, finishing smooth all exposed faces, for all insitu concrete items, etc., as per drawings and specifications. Note: 1) The rate quoted shall be exclusive of reinforcement and formwork which will be paid for separately under relevant items. 2) The rate of concrete shall include the cost of admixture in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3) Cement proportion for Concrete Mix shall be on the basis of weigh batching only as per design mix. 4) The cost towards any upward / downward variation required to obtain the specified strength over the minimum cement content will be paid for or deducted at the rate specified in Schedule 'F'.

M 25 Grade Concrete (The Cement content considered is 350 Kg per Cu.m) - Upto FFL

Providing, cutting, bending, placing and binding steel reinforcement using TMT bars of Fe-500 / Fe-500D grade in all reinforced cement concrete works including cutting, bending, fixing, tieing in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire, cost of cover blocks in C.M 1:2, etc., complete as per specifications and drawings. Important Note: The required quantity of steel reinforcement as mentioned in the schedule should be procured by the contractor only of SAIL, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (VIZAG), TATA Steel & JINDAL from authorised dealers which shall conform to IS: 1786 (Latest Edition).

Providing, hoisting and fixing in position 50mm thick perforated precast RCC slab at all lifts of approved pattern and size as per drawing with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 including required nominal reinforcement, curing, smooth finished surface with float coat of neat cement on all sides, fixing and jointing with CM 1:3, scaffolding etc., all complete as per drawing and specification.

Providing and laying Random Rubble masonry in foundation and plinth using retrieved RR stone from dismantled RR masonry in Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) including collecting from Department source and cleaning the old mortar from the retrieved stones, dressing the stones if required, providing bond stones of 2 Nos/Sq.m at 1.5 to 1.8 mtrs apart, raking out joints, sunk/flush points in CM 1:3, curing, etc., all as per standard specification. (Note:- Required quantity of RR stone will be supplied by department at free of cost).

Providing and laying Dry stone pitching of 230mm thick for revertment using retrived RR stone including collecting from Department source and cleaning the old mortar from the retrieved stones, dressing the stones if required, laying pitching to the required grade and slope, packing and filling the intersects, watering, compaction, Flush / sunk pointing the joints with CM 1:3, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Required quantity of RR stone will be supplied by department at free of cost).

Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts in cement mortar 1:5 using well cured flyash bricks of class 5 (non-modular) made up of using Flyash + Sand + Lime + additves (Gypsum/Cement) with waterproofing chemicals and accelerators confirming to IS-12894 or latest edition including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, continuos curing for specified period, etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings

Providing and laying Indian Patent Stone flooring of 20mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat Cement using 20/10mm and below size hard broken stones including laying in panels, cement slurry, consolidation, curing, rubbing the surfaces smooth etc., all complete as per specification.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5, 12mm thick for brickwork / Concrete surfaces at all lifts including scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in­charge. [Note: 6mm premium glass fibre of make Dugar & Co or Recron shall be mixed with Cement @ 60 gms of glass fibre per 50kgs of cement]

Art Painting at external wall with indoor games theme of approved design as detailed below including preparation of surfaces by applying the primer coat, applying one or more coats of approved make wall care putty if required, making surface smooth without porous by sanding, applying two coats of (APEX - Ultima Protek) / Berger (Weather coat Long Life 10), making hand art of approved theme/drawings, finishing the art/painting, scaffolding etc., all complete at all lifts as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. 1) Preparing the surface and applying one coat of primer Smartcare Damp Sheath Exterior primer / Berger HS Dampstop Elasto of make Asian or Berger or other approved equivalent make. 2) Applying one or more coats of approved make wall care putty, making surface smooth without porous by sanding, removing the dust, making surface ready for applying top coat. 3) Applying two coats of Exterior painting using Asian (APEX - Ultima Protek) / Berger (Weather coat Long Life 10) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade. Colour and design shall be as per approved concept/ theme. 4) Hand art painting of approved theme as per design and manufacturer specification. Indoor game theme like - Badminton, basket ball, chess etc., of make Asian or Berger or other approved make shall be used. 5) Painting over the preparation of surface with one or more coat of Exterior emulsion paint of make Asian (APEX - Ultima Protek) / Berger (Weather coat Long Life 10) or other approved make using suitable brush, cotton or roller as per manufacturere instructions. 6) After completion of drawing one coat of clear PU shall be applied over entired painting/art area and cleaning the floor surface etc. (Note : The painting shall be done with specialised manpower having sufficient knowledge in art painting)

Supplying, fabricating and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections and framed work at all lifts comprising Chequered plates, MS angles, other structural steel sections, etc., of TATA or SAIL or approved equivalent make including cutting, welding, bending to shape, painting the exposed faces with 2 coats of metal coat PU finish paint of make MRF or other approved make over one coat of epoxy zinc phosphate primer with thinner 1110 Ep for epoxy primer and thinner for finish for metal coat paint as per manufacturer instructions, etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings. [Note: The rate shall be inclusive of lifting arrangements if any required to hoist and concrete embedment's for fixing the steel works. ]

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Supplying, laying and jointing of following dia. of Rigid PVC pipe and specials of approved make with ISI mark as per IS 4985:2000 unloading at work site, laying and fixing the pipes and specials with necessary solvent cement of approved make, testing to required working pressure etc., all complete excluding earthwork excavation which will be paid separately under relevant item as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and installing Modular Weld-mesh fencing system of make A-1 Fence (Unico fence) or other approved equivalent make comprising of GI wire mesh and H-posts with welded base plates, treated with powder coating of approved make and colour, including drilling holes, fixing anchor bolts, errecting post and fence with locking arrangements, etc., all completing as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. i) Welded Mesh Panel:- Panels of size 2500 mm (W) x 1860 mm (H) with mesh size of 50 mm (W) x 200 mm (H) with a tolerance of ± 5.00 mm made up of 4.5mm dia (± 0.08 mm), conforming to EN 10223-4 with wire tensile strength of 400-550N/mm2 and providing 4 Nos. of V bend for additional strength in each panel. Minimum of 10% of weld fusion, in accordance with EN 10223-4 shall be maintained. Galvanized with Minimum 40 GSM. ii) H-Posts:- 1900mm (± 5.00 mm) height post of size 70 x 44 x 2 mm with a welded base plate of size 175 x 80 mm conforms to EN 10223-4. Hot-dip pre galvanized with minimum 80 GSM to prevent rusting. The top portion of the H-post is capped with a PVC-moulded cap made from virgin PVC, UV stabilized for durability. iii) Surface Treatment:- The mesh panel and post shall be powder-coated of Moss Green (RAL 6005) colour or other approved colour with a DFT of 60 - 80 microns conforming to IS 101 Part 3/Section 2. iv) Accessories:- Post shall be fixed over RCC base with M12x125 SS anchors and fencing panels shall be fixed with SS304 grade mushroom head bolts with spoon clamps and required washers and other necessary accessories.

Cutting the existing Bituminous road for pipeline / cable trenches including restoring to its original condition using the retrieved and supply of extra quantities of materials, etc., as per specifications and as directed.

Dismantling Plain cement concrete/Brick bat coba at all lifts including clearing and depositing the same with a distance of 100 metres as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Reinforced cement concrete at all lifts including clearing and depositing the same with a distance of 100 metres as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Brick work in cement mortar at all lifts including clearing and depositing the debris within a distance of 100 metres all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling RR Masonry in cement mortar at all lifts including stacking of RR stone, clearing and depositing the debris within a distance of 2 KM etc., all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
