Gaseous Chlorination Arrangement Supply, delivery and storage at site of wall mounted vacuum operated gaseous chlorinator with auto switchover facility, capacity 0 - 1 kg/hr (2 sets) with all equipment, instrument ,LT panel and accssories including 4 (Four) nos. 100 Kg cylinders with safety equipments (1W+1S) as per NIeT specification TC & GC to be submitted during delivery of materials. [Make and drawing to be approved from E.I.C before placement of order ](For Zone-1A,3A,4A,4B)

Installation the components as described as per technical specification including supply of all erection materials, providing dosing point on the rising main by making required size of hole, clamping the dosing unit including drawing power line and leak detector with necessary earthing as per I.E. rules upto the satisfaction of E.I.C.(For Zone-1A,3A,4A,4B) with first filling of liquid chlorine including to and from carrying at both side from site to filling station including loading and unloading.

Construction of neutralization pit having size (2mtrX1.5mtr.X1.5mtr) with brick work after excavation of earth followed by ordinary cement concrete at base and making of brick wall (130 mm), plastering mending as per direction of the EIC.(for Zone-1,2,3,4,1A,3A,4A,4B)

Supply, delivery and storage at site of Caustic Soda Flakes as per IS-252-2013.(for Zone-1,2,3,4,1A,3A,4A,4B)

Supply, delivery at site of 1 no 100 Amp. T.P.N. Main switch with re-wireable Fuse system with iron frame and fixing the same on wall by supplying necessary fixing materials for receiving 3 phase power connection from Pump house along with supplying and drawing of 4 core, 25 sq mm Al. Armoured cable from 100 amp Main Switch to control panel (approx 15 mtr.) as required.(For Zone-1A,3A,4A,4B)

Making internal electrification of Chlorine room consisting of one Celling fan point,two exhaust fan, two tube light point, 0ne bulk head point and 4 Nos. 40W LED with arm bracket at outside and one three pin plug point incl. supply of all necessary materials (approved make celling fan, lamps & fixture etc) to complete with work as per IE rules,wiring of 2.5sq.mm/suitable gauge copper wire with in pvc casing,PVC switch board etc as per direction of EIC. (For Zone-1A,3A,4A,4B)

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming for soft soil (For Zone-1A,3A,4A,4B)

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 x 19/8 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 25 mm dia x 150 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including socketing at both ends of stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire by crimping sockets/ thimbles and S & F 40 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. (For Zone-1A,3A,4A,4B)

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe(For Zone-1A,3A,4A,4B)

Extra for treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for pipe electrode(For Zone-1A,3A,4A,4B)

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 50 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.(For Zone-1A,3A,4A,4B)

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F GI (Hot Dip) wire of Solid GI wire (8 SWG) on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages. (For Zone-1A,3A,4A,4B)

Supply and installation of Flowmeter for different sites. Supply, delivery and storage at site Full Bore Electromagnetic Flowmeter Protection IP 68 (Minimum inbuild 20 meter cable, factory potted), Full bore type Electro Magnetic Flow meter with smart Transmitter (Volume Flow rate output : 4-20mA HART Output and totalizer pulse output:0.05 cum/Pulse) with LCD 4 line backlit display, calibration lab as per ISO 17025, Accuracy .5% +/- 2mm/sec, measuring, reference & empty pipe detection electrode with Polyurethane/Hard rubber liner,supply: 24 v DC or 230VAC. [Installation will be done based on requirement and suitability of the site condition]

Construction of inspection chamber with 25cm thick brick work (1:6) over cement concrete (4:2:1) over a single B/F soling over150mm.thick sand filling in foundation including earth work in excavation and disposal of excess earth from work site with RCC (1:1.5:3) cover slab 100mm / 150mm thick slab on top of chamber with 1% reinforcement in RCC cover slab with necessary opening for inspection of flowmeter all complete including cost of labour & materials as per Departmental Dwg.
