Taking down of old unserviceable cross arm/ brassings/ supports of any type/ size, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of old unserviceable insulators of any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m deep and not exceeding 1.5m wide or area not exceeding 10 sq.m on plan and depth not exceeding 1.5 m and getting out in any type of soil, for foundation, trenches, laying of cable, manholes etc., complete all as specified and directed..

Returning, filling in soils, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soils, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (soils) to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Burnt bricks, sub class 'B' bricks, old size, designation 75, laid in flat and laid dry, laid in trenches as cable protection with length of brick equal to width of trench, complete all as specified and directed.

Spreading of natural, clean and dry river sand in trenches for cable cushioning, including punning the sand upto desired thicknes and consolidated, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

GI pipes, light grade, ISI marked, galvanised including short lengths, laid in trenches / fixed to walls / ceilings or laid in floors / laid in ducts / laid under road crossing for cables, complete with all fittings (such as bends, elbows, Tee, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps, plugs and unions etc.,), 40mm bore of pipe, including taking down existing pipes, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Necessary excavation and earthwork for GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.
