Annual maintenance of Split Air conditioning units installed at Office complex,Hospital,IB,Server Room,Mobile Booster Room,Telephone exchange for a period of One year and extendable for one more year based on the performance of the agency

The bidder should have sufficient experience in Split AC Maintenance works and In proof of experience ,Similar work order with Work done certificate for at least one single order executed in last five financial years( ie.,2020-21,2021-22,2022-23,2023-24 & 2024-25) with the order value not less than Rs 85192.00 issued by the competent authorities shall be furnished.The value of the completed works shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited.

The bidder should have minimum avarage annual turnover of Rs.1,70,383.00 in any two financial years of last five financial years ie 2020-21,2021-22,2022-23,2023-24 and 2024-25, In proof the agency should furnish annual turnover certificate/Profit and loss statement issued by Charted account.Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited.

The bidder should have independent PF certificate

The bidder should have active GST registration

The bidder should have Independent PAN nimber
