Part - A (Approach Road with VVIP's Car Parking Area) :- Clearing grass and removal of rubbish(clearing grass and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area)

Excavation in Soil with Dozer with lead upto 100 m: Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections.

Compacting original ground supporting embankment

Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits:- Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as perTechnical Specification Clause 301.5. (I) Private Land

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders:- Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (a) From private land

Granular Sub-base with Close Graded Material :- Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the depptt.) ii) For Grading II Material.

Wet Mix Macadam:- :- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix mecadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well graded surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.00 Km initial lead from mixing plant)

Prime coat (Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (CSS-1) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification clause 502.

Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 100 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per Technical Specification Clause 202

Removal of Unserviceable Soil with disposal up to 1000 metres (Removal of unserviceable soil nicluding excavation, loading and disposal up to 1000 metres lead but excluding replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid separately as per clause 305.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (CRS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification clause 502.

Semi-Dense- Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder@ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve with hydrated compaction as per MoSRT& H clause no. 508. complete in all respect.
