Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Proving out of 15T EOT Crane.

Special Eligibility Criteria

   Tenderer should submit satisfactory performance certificate for at least one year from the date of installation and commissioning of EOT crane of same capacity as mentioned in item description or Higher capacity of same make as per offered make supplied earlier. The performance certificate shall not older than one year from the original date of closing of the tender. The performance certificate issued after original date of closing of tender (in cases where tender closing date has been extended) are also acceptable however the machine must have completed one year of satisfactory working after date of commissioning as on original date of closing of tender. The performance certificate submitted by the tenderer shall have been issued by the actual end user organization of the crane, with their clear signature and addresses therein, in whose premises the machine is installed and commissioned.

   The Tenderer or its OEM itself should have supplied EOT crane of same capacity as mentioned in item description or Higher capacity of same make as per offered make during preceding 3 financial years (i.e., current year and three previous financial years) as on opening of bid. Copies of relevant purchase orders or contracts along with proof of supply to be submitted along with bid in support of quantity supplied in the relevant financial year. In case tenderer participates as an authorized agent, then past performance shall be that of Principal/OEM authorizing the agent. It may also happen that the agent has credentials of past supply for a different Principal/OEM but this will not be considered as performance for placing order in case of change of Principal.

   (1) FIRM SHOULD SUPPLY AND INSTALL THE CRANE AND SHOULD HAND OVER IN WORKING CONDITION AFTER NECESSARY LOAD TESTING. IF REQUIRED ONE EXISTING CRANE TO BE REPLACED WITH NEW ONE. (2) INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING SHOULD BE GIVEN BY FIRM.

   (1) The bidder shall have to quote the AMC rate year wise along with the bid which will be considered for finalization of the bid. AMC will start after coverage of Warranty period & to be processed by the consignee. AMC shall be operated, managed and paid by the consignee. It will be on the discretion of consignee to enter into AMC after completion of warranty period. AMC agreement shall be entered into by the consignee separately at appropriate time, before expiry of the warranty and as per rates mentioned in purchase order. (2) AMC PERIOD: The AMC shall be for 5 years, applicable after expiry of the warranty period.

   Please carefully read para 9.2.4 of ECOR tender conditions uploaded on IREPS website applicable to this tender which is reiterated below- The OEM/Authorized Dealers/Agents must comply with the following conditions failing which their offers are liable to be rejected without further reference: i) In a tender, either the authorized agent/dealer on behalf of the Principal/OEM or the Principal/OEM itself can bid, but both cannot bid simultaneously for the same item in the same tender. ii) If an authorized agent/dealer submits bid on behalf of the Principal/OEM, the same agent/dealer shall not submit a bid on behalf of another Principal/OEM in the same tender for the same item/product.
