Supply & Delivery 1.1KV Grade 2 core 6 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed armoured Al. Conductor Cable of the following size [Gloster/Polycab /Havells/RR Kable]

Laying of cable in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 m average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Supply and delivery of 6 mtr long 80 mm TATA Medium G I pipe pole with base plate properly welded and earth bolt fitted incl. loading and unloading.

Only errection of 80 mm dia 6 mtr long G.I Pipe Pole (Medium Gauge) incl. S/F base plate pole cap, earth bolts incl. necy holes as per G.S incl painting

Providing CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.3 mm dia upto the height 0.3 mtr above the Ground level around the pole base complete with 3 mm thick neatly finished cement plaster all round .( without loop box).

Providing Loop Box by 200 x 150 X 100 mm GI Sheeted hooded type Loop Box having 4 way connector 15A fuse unit etc.accessories on the pole by suitable MS Clamp 25 mm x 5 mm with nut bolts and washers.

S & drawing 1.1 kv grade single core stranded FR PVC insulated unshehed cu wire (approved make) from loop box to fittings 2x1.5+1x1.5 sqmm through inside pipe pole incl connection.

Fixing only Floodlight Fitting with suitable tie clamps and MS plate for mounting on Pole/Tower or similar structure [C-3/2a]

Painting of G I Pipe Pole of length 6 mtr and no. of coats of paint, as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint Upto 6.0 mtr. long pole i) One coat of red lead/Zinc chromate priming

ii) 1st coat of synthetic per pole

iii) 2nd coat of synthetic enamel paint over the 1st coat

Earthing the pole by 50 mm dia medium pipe (ISI approved) as to GS with excavation of soil. (in soft soil)

Supply and laying 40 mm dia G I pipe ISI Medium for protection of cable in under ground trench.

Supply and fixing 6 way double door MCBDB with 1 No 40 Amp isolator and 4 Nos 6-32 A SPMCB fixed in it.

At Gol Ghor E I work Distribution wiring in 2 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make), with 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, to light/fan/call bell points with Modular type switch (Brand approved by EIC) fixed on Modular GI switch board with top cover plate and 2 no. suitable size “Ph & N” copper bar & earthing attachment fixed on wall incl. mending good damages to original finish.( Avreage Run 5 mtr)

Supply and fixing surface mounted LED light fittings 12 watt on ceiling incl. connection as required (Round Type)

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 2X6 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Brand approved by EIC) with 2X6A Modular type switch, without plug top on 61 Module GI Modular type switch board with 3 Module top cover plate flushed in wall incl. S&F switch board and cover plate and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.

Supply and drawing 3 X 1.5 qmm PVC insulated cu wire in 19 mm dia PVC rigid concuit with all accessories fixed on wall with shaddle and screw from BDB to plug point incl conn.

Supply and fixing 400 mm sweep 230 volt wal bracket fan metal body fixed on wall with suitable tring control arrangement.( crompton/orient/usha )
