Tensile fabric roofing

Providing, fabricating, assembling and erection of prestressed Tensile Membrane Fabric structure in desired profile including fabric designing and seaming as per conceptual drawing . The fabric structure should be SERGE FERRARI TX 30 type II. This work shall include raw material, patterning, forming, cutting, welding, fixing and installation with GI cables, flashing, hardware with stainless steel 304 grade, mild steel stud patti,EPDM etc. including lifts up to all heights, tools and plants, and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations.(Note: Actual surface area to be measured for payment purpose) The work is to be executed as per technical specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Supplying hot dipped galvanized Membrane Corner Plates of required thickness and design finished with a coat of Marine Primer and two coats of Polyurethane paint complete as per Drawing/ Detail and fixing with high tensile bolts of grade not less than 10.9 having black phosphate coating complete as per rawing/Detail and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
