• a. An entity registered under Indian Companies Act 1956 / 2013 or Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008/ Institutions registered under Societies Act or equivalent law or proprietorship firm / partnership firm.

• Copy of Valid PAN card

• Copy of Income-tax return of last three financial year

• Copy of GST registration in India.

• Copy of GST Return of Last Month/Quarter

• Copy of Existing Commitment (On Going)

• The bidder should submit an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of appropriate value by first class / second class Magistrate/Notary that the agency firm has not been black listed by any State /Central Government Departments/ PSUs / Govt. or semi - Govt organizations / institutes in India or abroad. (As per the attached annexure).

• Registered office in India which is operational for at least last three years preceding proposal due date (PDD).

• Valid character certificate of individual / partners / directors / authorized person issued by concerned DM / SP. (It can also be provided at the time of the agreement)
