Supply and fix cable jointing STRAIGHT THROUGH JOINT for 11KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material (Heat shrinkable)and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured, alluminum conductor cable of size upto 95 sq mm and all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Supply and fix cable jointing END TERMINATION JOINT for 11KV grade cable for End termination joint complete with Jointing material (Heat shrinkable)and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured, alluminum conductor cable of size upto 95 sq mm and all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Supplying and laying in replacement of GI pipe, 100mm dia, Light grade for cable protection at pole/road crossing etc including necessary road cutting and making good with PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 100mm thick or fixing on wall / poles of any type, secured with clamps complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.
Dismantling the Potential Transformer (PT) 11 KV Oil Cooled from installed position on steel structure after disconnecting electric supply from both sides for necessary repairs like as replacement of washer, replacement of corcksheet, refilling of oil etc after checking and make functional of Potential Transformer (PT) and installing in its original position and making all electric connections and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Dismantling the Current Transformer (CT) 11 KV Oil Cooled from installed position on steel structure after disconnecting electric supply from both sides for necessary repairs like as replacement of washer, replacement of corcksheet, refilling of oil etc after checking and make functional of Current Transformer (CT) and installing in its original position and making all electric connections and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes for srl No-14 & 15 : (i) Labour component required for the repalcement of unserviceable parts shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item (ii) Transformer oil shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item. (iii) T&P and minor parts will be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick buried directly vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of Charcoal dust & common salt filled in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanised iron strip 32×6 mm upto 7.5mtr long by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connection to earthing test point & earth dolly and including watering pipe medium grade GI 20mm bore & protection pipe light grade GI 15mm bore, including wire mesh, funnel, lugs, salt, charcoal dust, excavation in any type of soil, returning filling & removal of surplus soil upto 50 mtr, pit chamber shall be of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates and pit cover slab 40mm thick shall be of Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4Kg/sqm including necessary form work complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I, including testing on completion at site complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) On testing if the desired earth resistance is not obtained, earthing will be generated at no extra cost , till the desired earth resistance is obtained. (ii) The chamber shall be constructed atleast 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode.
M&L installation, testing & commissioning in replacement of maintenance free UL approved copper bonded earth rod of 10 feet length (set of three), each 17.2 mm dia, made of high tensile low carbon steel rod, molecularly bonded with 99.9% electrolytic grade copper on outer surface (minimum copper bonding thickness - 250 microns) with exothermally jointed copper busbar of 50mm x 6mm x 200mm for connection. The rod and exothermic joint together successfully tested at 25 KA fault current by CPRI with 50 Kg Eco-friendly earth enhancing compound with each earth rod. The earth pit cover made of heavy duty poly plastic of high grade polypropylene with top dia not less than 250mm, bottom dia not less than 330mm and height not less than 260mm for each electrode pit. The compound should comply to IEC:62561-7 having passed leaching, corrossion, sulphur & resistivity test as per IEC: 62561-7 by NABL accredited Lab with FRP earth pit cover of top size lockable Lid.
