Labour charges for transporting the 33KV VCB Panels 1.5m width, 2m to 2.5m height and 3m length and weighing of about 3.5 tonne carefully in lorry from CDC Stores at Ambattur / GCC Stores at Sriperumbathur to Madipakkam 33/11 KV SS. including loading and unloading and all lead and lifts etc., moving safely by use of crane. This also includes moving the package from inside the store shed to its ramp and inside to the substation control room (Feeder panel-1no, HV panel-1no, Bus coupler panel-1no, Bus Adaptor panel-1no)

Labour charges for transporting the 11KV VCB Panel 0.9m width 2m to 2.5m height and 2m length and weighing of about 1.5 tonne carefully in lorry from CDC Stores at Ambattur / GCC Stores at Sriperumbathur to Madipakkam 33/11kV SS. including loading and unloading and all leading and lifts etc., moving safely by use of crane. This also includes moving the package from inside the store shed to its ramp and inside to the substation control room (LV panel-1no, Bus coupler panel-1no, Bus Adaptor panel-1no and Feeder panel-4nos)

Labour charges for marking on the floor and chipping of foundation holes in the floor allignment embadding of channel for erection and grouting the 33KV VCBs.

Drawal & laying of 33KV, 1x630 sq.mm XLPE UG cable from CDC stores at Ambattur and transporting to Madipakkam 33/11kV SS in lorry and laying the same inside duct from Power Transformer to HV breaker.(3Rx60M) and LV breaker.(6Rx60M)

Alternation/Fabrication of new supply and erection of 33KV bus adapter panel using with 2.0mm thickness CRCA M.S. sheet, 2000A current rating electrolite copper bus bar arrangements with 33kV class HS sleeves and supporting insulator to interconnect the new 33KV VCB panel with existing 33kV VCB including cutting,welding & drilling and finishing with 1 coat of red oxide paint and 2 coats of enamal spray painting as directed by the engineer incharge. at Madipakkam 33/11kV SS. (Data sheet enclosed)

Alternation/Fabrication of new 11kV VCB Adaptor box and matching with existing make VCB at site using with 2.0mm thickness CRCA M.S. sheet, 2000A current rating electrolite copper bus bar arrangements with 11kV class HS sleeves and supporting insulator to interconnect the new 11kV VCB panel with existing 11kV VCB panel of another make to match the bus including cutting, welding & drilling and finishing with 1 coat of red oxide paint and 2 coats of enamal spray painting as directed by the engineer incharge.at Madipakkam 33/11kV SS. Labour charges for drawal of 40mm dia M.S rod from departmental stores and transporting to worksite inlorry (including loading & unloading) and labour charges for auguring to a depth of 6mtr/20ft and fixing the M.S round rod 40mm dia board supply M.S Clamp in any kind of soil and fixing with Earth enhancement materials burried in ground (Supply of EEM,salt, coal and bentonite to be supplied by the contrator) for 33kV & 11kV Breakers& Pr.Tr.Neutral & Body Earthing.

Labour charges for drawal of M.S flat of size 65x10 mm from departmental stores and transporting to worksite inlorry (including loading & unloading) and labour charges for laying, cutting welding and painting of MS flat of size 65x10mm and interconnecting. The plate should be burried at a depth of 2 feet depth or laid in duct as per site condition and clamped out one meter Interval. twin coat redoxide and enamel green paint. (M.S flat will be supplied by the board)
