Overhauling / Repairing of 180 TR water cooled Screw chilling machine including necessary accessories and labour to make functional with semi hermatically seald compressor , multi circuit chiller, shell and tube condensor, microprocessor based control panel including oil separators pressure relief devices, filter drier moisture indicators, Refrigerant economisers,Control safetyies and diagnostic display, refrigerant piping and connected accessories.

De-scaling using de-scaling solution / chemical solution, removing all the deposited materials completely water / refrigerant / oil piping and condensers .

Filling / top up in servicing Refrigerant gas,replacement of Synthetic Oil and testing for preventing leakage.

Replacement in servicing defective Oil filter,Drier core, Internal oil filter, Electronic expension valve,Unloader coil, Transducers,High pressure switch,contactor oil level, nut,bolt,washers,gasket etc.

Replacement in servicing defective electronic basic prodialog board,SCPM,exv board with accessories ,wiring, fuses, indicator lamps, MCBs,contactors etc.

Replacement in servicing defective electronic sensors for discharge gas pressure (high pressure type), Oil pressure (high pressure type), Economizer pressure (high pressure type), Motor sensor, water temperature sensors, Condenser entering and leaving water temperature Sensors, Temperature set point reset sensor, Outdoor temperature sensor etc.

Material and labour for Repairing and servicing of FRP induced draft type cooling tower having casing,distribution system,filling louvers,propeller fans and 10 H.P. motor complete 225 TR capacity - (02 Sets) as followings :-

De-scaling water distribution piping including valves.

Servicing electric driven horizontal induction motor by replacement defective parts i. e. bearings, bush, connector plate and Varnishing / rewinding required complete.and fan.

Replacement in servicing defective Vice stainer, Isolation Valves, Balancing Valve, Suction and delivery line servicing by replacing defective pressure gauge, nuts/ bolts/ gaskets.

Replacement in servicing of cooling tower defective Sprinkler, PVC branch pipe,Eliminator FRP,PVC fils honey comb,Tie rod MS Electro plated,nozzles etc.

Material and labour for servicing of Chiller water pump (Primary) -2 Nos by replacement defective parts i. e. impeller, bearings, bush, connector plate and Varnishing / rewinding required complete.

Material and labour for servicing of Chiller water pump (secondary) -2 Nos by replacement defective parts i. e. impeller, bearings, bush, connector plate and Varnishing / rewinding required complete.

Material and labour for servicing of condensor water pump -2 Nos by replacement defective parts i. e. impeller, bearings, bush, connector plate and Varnishing / rewinding required complete.

Material and labour for Servicing,Cleaning of AHU complete with hot water and caustic soda mixture/ coil shiner ,testing the entire system and removing the leakages by brazing or any other means including pressure testing. (a) Servicing the AHU complete with top panel side pedestal bearing MS fans MS scrolls shaft bottom trays of coil and fan section cooling coil motor and drive system filter including thermal insulation and for fan section bottom tray for coil section complete. (b) Dismantling and opening of blower from motor cleaning of blower with cleaning agent drying with hot air before refixing, replacement of bearings and greasing etc complete with checking of alignment and adjustment of motor and pulley complete. (d) Replacement of Filters of existing size and specification.
