Removing dry or Oil Bound Distemper and making surface smooth incl. necessary repair to scratches etc. complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacture (Birla/JK) over the plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering (two or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of Nerolac/Asian make and of required shade on undecorated wall/ceiling/slopping surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of Nerolac/Asian. (All work upto floor V level).

Providing and fixing (8-10 mm thick) vitrified floor tiles of size 600mm x 600mm with water absorption less than 0.8 % and conforming to IS 15622 of approved make (Kajaria / Jhonson) in all colors and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade including tucking/roughening of existing concrete/terrazo floor as required etc complete.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking at site. of area beyond 3 sq. Metres

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material outside University Campus. In cement mortar

Providing and fixing powder coated 50 microns aluminum work (10 gauge) for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, metered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. For frames and shutter of door windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots, handles, tower bolts, eye hooks/window stays, including the cost of PVC/neoprene gasket 5mm glass panes/12mm laminated board on both sides, hydraulic door machine where ever required complete job as required. The Spacing of Vertical members not to exceed 4’-0” & section to be used is 104 mm x 44.45 mm

Providing and fixing 19 mm thick plywood for manufacturing computer tables & Similar work (termite resistant and waterproof) of Green/Century make incl. wastage and priming coat on exposed surface and then two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick Sun mica of approved quality / Make (Formica, Green, Bloom) including cost of Fevicol, Nails, Material & labour etc complete.

Cutting of holes in Plywood Top of 75 mm dia for passing Cables

Supply & Fixing of Drawer Rail (ISI) for Key Board using necessary screws etc. for computer tables.

Supply & Fixing of Deodar /Teak Wood Molding / Margini) i)20/25mm nom size

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade old works ( One or more coats)

Brick work with F.P.S brick of class designation 75 in foundation, plinth and in super structure including cost of scaffolding, curing etc complete. All work upto floor V level. In cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 Coarse sand)

10-15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand). All work upto floor V level.
