Earth work in excavation for all type of foundations, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil where pick jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent refilling around masonary etc. in 15 cms layers with compaction/consolidation, including disposal of all surplus soil as directed, within campus/site.

Earth filling under floors/in plinth with surplus soil excavated from foundations and taken only from outside the building plinth, in 15cms layers including ramming, watering and consolidating as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth filling under floors/in plinth with approved earth brought from outside , in 15cms layers including ramming, watering and consolidating as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing steel shuttering for faces of concrete foundations, footings, strips, pedestals, foundation beam, plinth beams (vertical, or battering) and columns etc, below plinth beam. Complete in all respects as directed by E-in-C.

Providing and fixing steel shuttering and centering for sides and soffits of beam, beams launchings girders bressumers, lintels etc, upto 4m height. Complete in all respects as directed by E-in-C.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 using concrete mixture volumetric type with stone aggregate (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 stone aggregate 40mm gauge) for all types of foundations, footings, below rafts, extension columns, plinth beams/under floor etc. including spreading, laying, ramming and consolidating as per requirements and curing etc. but excluding centering and shuttering, complete in all respects as directed by E-in-C.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete M-20 mechanically batch mixed using batch type concrete mixer as per IS:1791 and vibrated by needle vibrator but excluding steel reinforcement centring and shuttering, complete in all respects as directed by E-in-C.

In Superstructure

Providing and fixing in position T.M.T steel bars(Fe500 grade), for R.C.C works where not included in the complete rate of R.C.C, included bending, binding and placing in position as per structural design including the cost of binding wire, complete in all respects.

Providing & constructing Ist Class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) including scaffolding, watering, curing etc. complete in all respects, as directed by the E-in-C. ( In foundation and plinth)

Providing & constructing Ist Class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) including scaffolding, watering, curing etc. complete in all respects, as directed by the E-in-C. (In superstructure)

Providing and applying cement plaster to the walls, columns etc. including providing groove, drip course, scaffolding, finishing, curing etc. Complete in all respects for all heights as directed by the E-in-C.

a) 20mm thick cement plaster 1:5 in two coat work(interior on walls)

c) 12.5 mm thick 1:5 (exterior on walls)

Structural steel work in compound girders or Stanchions built up from two or more R.S. joists or channel section or plates & angles etc. including cutting and fixing all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, bolts, nuts, rivets, welding rod, etc. complete with flange plates, heads, sole plates, angle connections, etc. with hoisting and erecting in position, complete in all respects as directed by E-in-C. Note:Only MS pipes required for fabrication of column will be supplied by Verka Patiala Dairy, @ Rs. 6199 /- Qtl.

Providing and erecting Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc. ISI Marked) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete having span:, complete in all respects as directed by E-in-C.

Up to 15.00 Mtr. Span

Providing and erecting Steel work in hip & jack rafters common rafters purlins etc. with angle cleats and other connecting plates, complete in all respects as directed by E-in-C.

Providing and fixing ( PPGL) precoated painted galvalume sheet roofing (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) The end rib shall have anti cappillary groove and return leg. The steel sheet must be having yield strength of 550 MPa ( Fy= 550 MPa) metallic coated with Zinc- Aluminium alloy ( i.e. 55% Al, 43.4%Zinc, 1.6% Si-Zincalume) AZ150 ( Min. 150 bm/mm2 total on both sides), pre painted with super Durable Polyster XRW quality paint includes inorganic infrared reflective pigment. The sheet confirms to general requirement of AS/NZS 2728 type 4/ IS 15965 class 3 durability and gloss value of 25% -40%. should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-incharge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.:, complete in all respects as directed by E-in-C.

0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) thick

Providing and filling in plinth and under floors approved local river sand including carriage loading, unloading, spreading, watering, ramming, consolidating, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of unreinforced plain cement concrete pavement in M-30 mix design over a prepared sub base with OPC 43 grade conforming to IS:383 ,ready mix concrete mix laid in position, compacted with needle vibrator,screed vibrator and plate vibrator, dewatering of free water with vaccum pump, finishing the surface with power floater, finishing to required lines and grades as per drawings and technical clause 1501 of MORTH specifications Complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C. (Reinforcement will be paid separately)

Providing and filling the contraction joints in concrete pavement by creating groove with cutter (6mm wide 25mm deep) and filling joint sealing compound with coarse sand and 6 percent bitumen by weight complete as per drawings and technical specifications ,complete in all respects as directed by the E-in-C.

Providing and applying whitewashing in 3 coats as directed by engineer in charge.
