Dismantling refitting of the radiators Relocation of ACs and Heat Smoke Detectors for upgradation of PostGraduate Clinic and Pre Clinical Lab in the Department of Prosthodontics at Govt Dental College and Hospital Srinagar

Dismantling of the radiators to pave the way for civil works. The job includes dismantling of the M.S. radiators alongwith central heating piping, retrievieving the dismantled radiators, piping and other fittings and shifting of dismantled radiators and fittings to Boiler house of Govt. Dental college/Hospital.

Refitting of the radiators. The job includes shifting of dismantled radiators and piping from the Boiler house of Govt. Dental college/Hospital after the civil works get completed and then refitting the radiators at new relocated suitable place as per the directions of respective incharge. The job also includes providing and fitting of new M.S.brackets/supports (2 No. each) duly clamped by dash fasteners. The job also includes before refitting of radiators, complete flushing of radiators by high pressure water. All consumables used viz. gasket, dhoti cloth etc shall be arranged by the contractor. The job further includes p/f of Gl/PPR piping for extension and location change alongwith necessary fittings including control valves, bends tees ,and fasteners as per requirement in each job. All tools and tackles are to be provided by the contractor

Relocation of AC by way of dismounting & mounting it completely both indoor and out door units from the said room by using skilled labours and technicians. The job includes dismantling of indoor/outdoor unit filters and cleaning fins of coil by using suitabe vaccum cleaner. The job also includes removing of dust and dirt from the out door unit by way of spraying suitable compound and cleaning of drain pipe by way of spraying high pressure water. The job includes refilling of Refrigerant of requisite garde and quantity and also Providing & Laying of Copper Conductor tubes 1/4 & 1/2 The job further includes checking all parameters of working and setting them right as per requirement and then assembling and reinstalling back all the items removed from the unit followed by testing the performance of the AC unit on load. All tools and tackles shall be arranged by the firm

Dismantling, refitting and relocation of ceiling mounted heat/smoke detectors of Fire Alarm System to pave the way for civil works.. The job includes p/f of armoured 2 core 1.5 sqmm cable for deficit wiring owing to change in location of the heat/smoke detectors. alongwith necessary fittings and mountings.
