Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil (2.8.1)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead.(2.25)

Post-construction Anti Termite Treatment in the building as per ISI specification 6313 (1981) SPECIFICATION Providing & Injecting chemical emulsion for post ATT of soil of existing floors using chemical emulsion for post ATT of soil of existing floors using chemical emulsion @ 1 litre per holes, 300mm. Apart including drilling holes and plugging 12mm. Diaholes. Providing & Injecting chemical emulsion for post ATT of vids and masonary using chemical emulsion @ 1 lit. per holes at 300mm. Apart including holes at 45 degree and replugging the same. Providing & Injecting chemical emulsion for post ATT along the external perimeter below the concrete or masonary apron. Using chemical emulsion @ 2.5 litres per linear metre. Providing & Injecting chemical emulsion and wood work by chemical chlordane (Oil or Kerosene based) by drilling holes at downward. Angle and sealing the same. Chemical to be used: CHLORPYRIPHOS 20 EC (1ltr: 19ltr) or Emida Chloropid 30.5% EC ( 5 ml :1 ltr) (MR)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work up to plinth level: 1.4.8 (1 Cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded stone agregate 40mm nominal size) (4.1.8)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: 'Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.(5.9.3)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: ''Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.(5.9.5)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (5.3)
