Removing existing unserviceable canning from existing seat frame of Chair tubular steel with arms, including removing the existing seviceable wooden seat frame to fasilitate re-canning and duly polishing the seat frame with french polish including provision of suitable metal screws of reqd size and Nos for refixing seat frame; duly canned with 2 mm wide plastic cane for seat and 4 mm wide for border of seat frame all as shown on drawing FD-75(M) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No 1.00 described herein before but back frame.

Removing existing unserviceable hand rest of Chair tubular steel with arms and supply & fix new hand-rest made out of First class hard wood all as shown on drawing FD-75(M) fixed with and including provision of suitable metal screw of reqd size and Nos and to made to shape as per existing and duly polishing the hand-rest with french polish complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing existing unserviceable PVC caps and supply & fix new superior quality PVC caps of suitable size to chair tubular steel with arms, without arms, CBA Spl and student chairs all as shown on drawing FD-75(M),FD-120(M), TP; complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing existing corroded MS square tube of Table dining ORs/Table clerk steel/Table office Officers/Table typist and supply & fix new 25 mm MS square tube of 1.6 mm thick all as shown on drawing FD-165 including necessary gas welding with high workmanship including preparing the welded surfaces (including smoothening) and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS tube complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing old unserviceable table top from Table office officers Steel and supply & fix new table top made out of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board and fixing with stainless steel screws, including provision of 4 mm thick Teak wood beading all round the table top duly polishing the wooden beading with french polish as per drawing and as specified (FD-84, FD-1004).

All as per item No 18.00 described herein before but for Table dining ORs (FD-165(M)).

Removing existing unserviceable drawers of Table clerk steel and supply & fix new drawers made out of 22 gauge PGI sheet of size and shape as per drawing including preparing the new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel Paint (Olive Green colour) over a coat of red oxide primer; complete all as specified and as directed (FD-84, FD-1004).

All as per item No 22.00 described herein before, but for Table office typist steel (FD-83).

Removing existing old unserviceable locks from Table office clerk steel / Table office officer steel / Table typist steel and supply & fix new locks with steel body and levers made out of brass with stainless steel keys in duplicate of standard size and pattern suitable to the existing locks; complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing existing unserviceable / worn out legs from Almirah Steel large with shelves and supply & fix new legs made out of 20 gauge MS Sheet as per existing shape & size including preparing the new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel Paint (Olive Green colour) over a coat of red oxide primer; complete all as specified and as directed (FD-67, FD-1141, FD-1031, FD-1033).

All as per item No 25.00 described hereinbefore but for Almirah Steel medium with shelves (FD-243, FD-350, FD-1032).

Removing existing old worn out / unserviceable shelves of Almirah steel large and supply & fix new shelf of size 910 x 430 mm made out of 20 gauge thick MS black sheet including preparing the new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel Paint (Olive Green colour) over a coat of red oxide primer; complete all as specified and as directed (FD-67, FD-1141, FD-1031, FD-1033).

All as per item No 27.00 described hereinbefore but for Almirah Steel Medium with shelves of size 760 x 400mm (FD-243, FD-350, FD-1032).

Removing existing old unserviceable locks from Almirah Steel large/medium and supply & fix of new locks steel made out of brass levers for 3 way locking device with suitable stainless steel keys in duplicate of standard size and pattern as per existing locks complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing existing worn out / broken handle from Almirah large/medium steel and supply & fix new handle of superior quality, steel chromium plated, of size 150mm, matching with existing one; complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing existing old unserviceable plywood of charpoy GI pipe with plywood top by unscrewing and supply & fix new plywood commercial 12 mm thick of suitable size including provision of new GI bolts & nuts and 4 mm thick Teak wood beading alround of plywood duly polishing the wooden beading with french polish; complete all as specified and as directed (FD-220).

Removing existing unserviceable Fabricated Seat from Chair Varandha and Supply & Fix new Fabricated Seat with ISI Mark all as specified in drawing and as directed. (FD/E6/MAP/15(R)).
