Schedule 'A' Section - I

Taking down carefully any type of battens or conduit point wiring with or except conduit complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, pendent light fittings, MCBs / isolators, fan regulators, tube light fittings etc removing material from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to match the existing complete all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sq.mm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, stranded, FRLSH PVC insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor cable in and incl PVC casing -n-caping of any size/dia medium grade complete with all accessories/fittings, brass screws, washer etc and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated stranded FRLSH copper conductor cable, unsheathed and connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the followings :-

One light /Exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch 05 / 06 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

One bell point controlled by one, one way switch 05 / 06 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

One 3 pin, 06 Amps socket outlet point on independent board controlled by one, one way 06 Amps switch complete all as specified and directed.

One 3 pin, 06 Amps socket outlet point on same board controlled by one, one way 06 Amps switch complete all as specified and directed.

One two way point controlled by two, two way switches 06 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 2.00 here - in - before but with 2.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area copper conductor cable for one 3 pin 06 Amps socket outlet point on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing lamp holder (Angular / Straight), insulated body, with back plate for batten fitting all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Supply & fixing/fixing in repair LED mirror light 10W including rod complete with all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of 9/10 W LED bulk head luminairies incl LED light with clear prismatic diffuser,driver holder connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size including all acessories for fixing on wall all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs wall mounted decorative luminaire suitable for 1 x 9/10 LED lamp including provisson of fixing on wall with all items required for fixing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of ceiling rose, 3 phase/PVC/polycarbonate isolated body complete all as specified & directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

Taking down carefully unserviceable Sub main wiring of any size and type, removing material from site for taking credit and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to match the existing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with 2x4 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area (two single core cable of 4 Sqmm for Phase and neutral + 01single core cable of 4 Sqmm for earth wire), 1100 Volts grade, stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 4 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated, copper conductor cable drawing into and including rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit of 25 mm dia, medium grade with all conduit accessories / fittings, brass screws, washers etc and connected to common earth dully including all cutting / chases etc in wall, making good to walls etc including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified & directed. NOTE: 3(three) run measured as 1 (one ) run .

Ditto all as item No 20.00 above, but by using two single core cable of 6 Sqmm for Phase and neutral + 1 single core cable of 6 Sqmm for earth wire. NOTE: 3(three) run measured as 1 (one ) run .

Taking down carefully unserviceable distribution board of any capacity including wooden board and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, etc including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to match the existing complete all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure double door, single pole and neutral, AC, 240 volts, 4 way, with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar and IP - 43 protection with metal double door and flush to wall including all cutting on wall and making good including two coats of white/colour washing/ distempering etc to match the existing disturbed surfaces complete all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

-Ditto- all as per item No 23.00 but of size 08 way SPN.

-Ditto- all as per item No 23.00 but of size 12 way SPN.

Supply and fixing MCB, SP, AC, 240 volts "B " series capacity of 06 to 32 Amps, 10kA and making connections complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing MCB, DP (Double Pole), AC, 240 volts, B series capacity 20 Amps to 32 Amps 10kA and making connections complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing MCB, DP (Double Pole), AC, 240 volts, B series capacity 40 Amps to 63 Amps 10kA and making connections complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure, Triple pole and neutral AC, 415 volts, 04 way, with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar and IP - 43 & IK 09 protection including provision of four pole 100 Amp isolator and MCBs of cap 20 to 40 Amps as incomer with metal double door and flush to wall including all cutting etc on wall and making good including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to match the existing disturbed surfaces complete all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply & fix Isolator 4 Pole 'C' series 100 amps capacity AC 415 V,10kA complete all as specified and directed .

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 60cmx 60cmx 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level steel earth plate connected with GI wire 04mm dia by means of lug, bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel GI protection pipe 15mm bore light grade all as shown in elect plate No.5 of SSR part I connecting to main switch board / Main DB’s including excavation, earth work, salt and charcoal dust mixed and packed 150mm thick around GI earth plate, GI pipe medium grade 20mm nominal bore watering pipe GI sheet funnel wire mesh, concrete pit, RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with MS Bars 6mm dia at the rate of 150mm center to center both way with suitable lifting handle and pit / chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 , Angle iron 40x40x5mm frame for pit cover including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully under ground cable of any size and making good to disturbed surface as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying commissioning, testing of XLPE under ground LT cable 1100 volts grade of size 25 Sqmm 3.5 core armoured, PVC sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty laid in trenches, fixing on wall, under road crossing through protection pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth in hard/dense soil and gating out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply / laying and fixing 50 mm bore HDPE pipe PN10 with all fittings laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated materials n.exc. 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable tube light/building security light/recess light/Post light fitting of any type and size and making good the disturbed surfaces/walls, etc including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to match the existing complete all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply & fixing LED tube light fitting 18/20W, (single Side Connection) including LED Rod including all accessories internally pre-wired and including connecting up with three core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installed LED security light fitting 1x35 Watt luminaries with die cast aluminium housing comprising epoxy poweder coated enclosed with glass cover in frame with high power LED white lamp type of capacity 35 watt complete with bracket with impact and corrosion resistant incl thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete.

Supply and fixing recess/surface/suspended mounting 36W Ultra modern designed architectural 2x2 LED luminaire which provides soft-light and glare free symmetrical illumination, including all ace ssories for fixing in fall ceiling/ceiling/in hanging position all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement to existing lamp of any capacity with LED lamp 9/10 watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LED 20 watt post top light fitting AC outdoor type with decorative post top for360 degree indirect light IP-65 protection with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and 20 watt LED lamp all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair LED driver for recess/surface/suspended mounting 36W Ultra modern designed architectural 2x2 LED luminaire which provides soft-light and glare free symmetrical illumination, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair plastic laminated bakelit sheet 3 mm thick of size 4"x 5" cm including screws nut and bolt and cutting of sheet complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repair of geyser element triangle type of capacity 1500 Watt including all material required for fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of the following accessories in repair works including all necessary fitting items such as screw, nut and bolt, connector, flexible copper wire 1.5/2.5Sqmm size etc including cheking/testing complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Amount of credit of Rs. 69231.20 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
