SPECIAL REPAIR / REPLACEMENT OF HT LINES AT CERTAIN LOCATIONS UNDER GE (AF) ADM AREA AT AF STN AGRA

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth for laying of cable, errection of poles, stay and pipe line and getting out in soft/loose soil and not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and leveling of bottom complete all as specified and directed.

Returning and filling in of excavated soil including spreading,levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable HT UG cables of size 120 to 240 Sqmm 3 core from trenches, poles/walls and floor for removing of fault or re-laying complete all as specified and directed. Note;Necessary earth work shall be measured and paid under respective item of BOQ

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of HT UG cable, XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductor 11KV grade of size 3 Core 240 Sqmm (Earthed system cable) as per IS 7098 Part II. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of HT UG cable, XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductor 11KV grade of size 3 core 120 Sqmm (Earthed system cable) as per IS 7098 Part II. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and laying double wall corrugated HDPE spilt pipe in 2 Mtrs Size in 160mm OD/135 mm ID including locking arrangement with suitable size of stainless steel/PVC locking strip - 03 Nos of each length as per IS 16205 Part 24 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade XLPE cable for straight through cold shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable 240 Sqmm 3 Core including testing after jointing complete all as directed .

M & L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade XLPE cable for straight through cold shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable 120 Sqmm 3 core including tatesting after jointing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of cable route indicators made out of MS sheet of size 45 cm x 30 cm made of 2 mm thick with writing HT cable with MS angle frame and two nos legs of 1.2 mtr long of size 25 x 25 x 5 mm fixed on ground in PCC (1:2:4 ) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) platefrom of size 15 x 15 x 15 cm complete all as specified and directed.
