CIVIL WORKS Construction of Rostrum of M.S. Pipe 50mm dia post and tying with nut bolt system horizontal runner in two layres covered with 25 mm thick plank over sal wood beam frame. The height of the dias will be 3 feet high including tying up with bomboo runner and railing and covered by Tarpaulin / Poly sheet, ceiling floor carpet covered with beautiful glazy cloth and back side covered with beautiful velvet type cloth for fixing the total and other accessories and well decorated by flower, festoon, flower vase, floor carpet, VVIP chairs etc complete (excluding the hire charge of chair). Good damages are cleared and all incidential charges complete. The work for the following purpose are to completed in all respect before 05.10.22 and to be retained till 07.10.2022.

Supply on hire Garden chairs during function and arranging those properly on ground as per direction in Engineer-in-charge of chairs to site, their retention till the end of the fucntion and their removal after conclusion of function including cost of all labour and materials complete.

Supply on hire basis cushioned chairs (with Arm) for VIPs arranging properly on the dias as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage & all incidencial charges of chairs etc complete. The work for the following purpose are to completed in all respect before 05.10.22 and to be retained till 07.10.2022.

Supply on hire basis of wooden tea table and arranging those properly on dias as per direction in Engineer-in-charge and retention till the end of the fucntion and their removal after conclusion of function including cost of all labour and materials complete. S & providing on hire basis 220V, 16-32A / way, 2/6 way DB with isolator on wooden plank board or suitable angle iron frame incl. providing inter coonection, socketing, earthing attachment etc. & dismantling the same at the end of the function (With PWD approve materials).

S & providing on hire basis Main Switch with 1.1 KV grade PVC / A Al cable of folllowing sizes incl. laying in tranch / wall with shadding arrangement dismantling the same & mending good the damage at the end of the function (With PWD approve materials). (a) 4/2 core 25 sq. mm. PVC / Al cable. Up to 2 days

(b) 2 core 4 to10 sq. mm. PVC / A cable. Up to 2 days

S & drawing on hire basis single core 2.5/4/6 Sq mm PVC Cu/Al wire incl. dismantling the same at the end of function. Up to 2 days

Distribution wiring in 2 x 3 / 0.036 single core PVC Cu/Al Wire to light / fan points in alkathine pipe on hire basis & dismantling the same (Without individual control switch). Up to 2 days

Supplying & Providing on hire basis 2 X 5 or 1 x 15 amp plug point on casing board with earthing attachment. (For Mobile Charger and Stand Fan)

Earthing the installation with 50 mm. dia G. I. pipe 25 mm iron rod solid 2.5 Mtr. to 3 Mtr. long & 6 / 8 SWG G. I. wire with bolts, nuts etc.below the GL on hire basis & dismantling the same. Up to 2 days

S & providing on hire basis LED Chain Light (Colour: Blue) fitings with necessary connection. Up to 2 days
