For the newly enlisted contractors - Undertaking that my authorised representative shall obtain ERP Training Certificate through any of the CPWD Regional Training Institutes (RTIs, at Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, and Kolkata or through the National CPWD Academy (NCA), Ghaziabad or through any other special training arranged by ERP Unit CPWD HQ within 45 days of the date of issue of enlistment order.

Required(ANNEXURE-F) Details of eligible similar nature of works completed during the last seven years ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited, shall be furnished. The duly signed copy has to be uploaded with the tender.

Required(ANNEXURE-G) The Performance report/Completion Certificate from competent authority shall be uploaded for eligible work experience mentioned in ANNEXURE-F.

RequiredFORM K -Undertaking that he shall associate any Specialized agencies / authorized agencies, service provider of OEMs per prescribed eligibility criteria will submit form G, H and I after becoming L1. (Note The undertaking for association (Form K) is considered only if, the ANNEXURES F and G are not submitted for eligible work experience).

Required(ANNEXURE-I) Affidavit stating that similar works have not been got executed through another Contractor on back-to-back basis. (Required only if eligibility documents are submitted as per ANNEXURES F and G.

RequiredThe bidder must have valid Authorization Certificate from the OEM. The letter must contain tender reference number, name, designation, phone no and email id of the certificate issuing authority for the quoted products along with the bid.
