Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m.Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including roughdressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cmand laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. for foundation work, excluding labour cess and GST.

Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand in 22.5 cm thick layers including watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of sand with labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only)excluding labour cess and GST.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:4:8) in foundation and floors using 4cm size clean hard black crusher broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials with all labour, and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer-in-charge, excluding labour cess and GST.

2.5 cm A.S.flooring with cement concrete (1:2:4) including punning using 12 mm size hard granite chips

Fly Ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in Plinth & Foundation work using fly ash bricks of 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ± 2% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and of all materials with all labour, and T&P required for the work complete in all respect in all floors as per the direction of engineer-in-charge, excluding labour cess and GST.

Fly Ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure work using fly ash bricks of 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ± 2% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalties and of all materials with all labour and T&P required for the work complete in all respect in all floors as per the direction of engineer-in-charge, excluding labour cess and GST.

R.C.C. work M-20 grade using 20mm and 10mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips including hoisting lowering laying and centring shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing groves or beds wherever necessary including curring and cost, conveyance, royalties and cost of all materials and labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect excluding the cost of M.S. Rods or Tor steel and binding wires and labour charge for bending binding and tying grills as per the direction of engineer-in-charge, excluding labour cess and GST.
