Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specific provided for.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premisses.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floors/slabs by picking, seaping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust, brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate as in padding and in any situation finishing even and fair with proper slope as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over roof surfaces mixed with WPC as per manufactures instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement after preparation of surfaces complete. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric(wt not less than 150 gms/sqm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.5 ltr/sqm and bonded completely with torch application with side over lap 75 mm and end lap minimum 100 mm and sealing over lap and joints as per manufacturer's instructions.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes(any size), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radious bore in dia 110mm

Demolition of RCC in chajja, fins,facia, column edges including cutting reinforcement etc..all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC M-30 (Nominal Mix) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including chajja, fins, facia, parapets etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for drip mould 40 mm x 10 mm and similar work not exc 15 cm width for RCC chajjas, facia etc.

M&L Formwork to sides of rough finished flat surfaces of concrete to RCC chajjas, fins facia,parapets and similar items including edges fair finished surfaces of concrete etc all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl aii quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

M&L Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 , with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved in plan exceeding 6 m mean radius.

M&L brick with sub class 'B' brick, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick wall built in CM (1:4).

M&L Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, bed plates, kerbs, and the like including all as specified and directed .

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M&L MS TMT bars 10 mm and above , cut to length ,bent to shape required , including cranking , bending , spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips as in reinforcement.

M&L Providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab, shelves , duct cover and similar work incl necessary formwork and set in cement mortor 1:6.

Taking down cement plaster of any description incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on walls

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM I:3 on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in two layers, 1st layer 10mm thick and 2nd layer 5mm thick in CM 1:4 using WPC as per manufactur's instructions finished even and smooth without using extra cement (WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M/L Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls.

M&L for two coats of white wash on old decorated interior wall surfaces including preparation of wall surfaces and finish complete as directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash including preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces complete as directed.

M&L for two coats of white wash on old decorated celing surfaces including preparation of surfaces and finish complete.

M&L Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint required shade Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper over chalk whitening in newly plastered surfaces of walls of any description including preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, Type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) finished even and smooth without using extra cement as in foot path, plinth protection, etc

M&L 75 mm thick, Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in sub base.

M&L 75 mm thick, Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in pavings, hardstandings finished even & fair.

M&L 40 mm thick, Cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in pavings, and similar work finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L 15mm thicks screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified. (Floor and pavement tiles).

M&L Prepolished pavement heavy duty designer tiles of size 300x300x10mm thick. as per IS 15622 (2006). jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in foot path complete all as specified..

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters ( without taking off shutters from frame) area exceeding 1.5 Sqm and not exc 4 sqm each. Including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs,walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to govt). complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters ( without taking off shutters from frame) area not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each. S&F 2nd class hardwood plain,solid straight chowkats and frames, wrought ,framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered , put together with glue pinned at joints.

S&F 35mm thick factory made 2nd class hard wood shutters plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P.commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS"1003 (Part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically presure treated.

S&F 30mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made glazed and skelton shutters,open rebated and prepared to receive glass,gauze ,etc (without sash bars),edges of framing plain,chafered or rounded. Fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass,etc sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I ,section-8,clause 8.24(a), supplied and fitted to chowkats devided into squares,with plain,chamfered or rounded,mitred and rebated sash bars,any numbers.

M & L for hacking out old broken glass (any thickness,size, quality or description) from wooden metal/ aluminium frames,including oil puty or removing beadings etc,complete all as directed.

S&F 4mm thick sheet glass,ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.50sqm in each pane.

S& F Famed work such as grills, gratings,ladder etc with ends of bars or riveted framed guard bars barred iron fixed independently in wooden frames conforming to IS 2062 and grade Fe-290 E- 165 complete all as specified.

S & F mild steel articles such as hold fasts mild steel conforming to IS-2062 and grade E-165 (Fe-290), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer.

M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint.

S&F collapsible steel gates, top hung,consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc, as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets, including taking down of old collapseble gate complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters

Taking down the existing wrought out wheel, shifting top and bottom rail and removing bends in vertical flaps to collapsible gate including greasing, oiling and refixing in the same position all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
