Work

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-incharge. As per DSR 2.6.1

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) As per DSR 4.1.8

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) As per DSR 6.1.1

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) As per DSR 5.1.2

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete As per DSR 5.9.1

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo- Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. As per DSR 5.22.6

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 8000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 Sr. No.3.4 MORD 301.5

GSB Grade-1 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material in widening portion and compacted thickness 12.50cm spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density. This work includes cost of all materials, labour, and hire charges of road roller, machinery, T&P etc complete. Complete work as per Technical Speicification Clause 401 and as per direction of E/I.

WBM G-3 - Providing and laying in width 3.75m and compacted thickness 7.50cm spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification incluidng spreading in uniform thickness hand packing olling with smooth wheel roller 80 100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required dencity. This work includes cost of all materials, labour, and hire charges of road roller, machinery, T&P etc complete. Complete work as per Technical Speicification Clause 405 (3) and as per direction of E/I.
