Demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) of any descriptions and in any position not otherwise specificaaly provided for and removing demolished material to a distance and depositing out site of MoD land where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for demolition of roof treatment of any description including cement mortar including complete removal of existing roof treatment and picking, swiping clean and washing down with wire brushing and cleaning top surface of roof tarracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets and complete removing debris and rubbish from site, including roughening the surfaces of old concrete including picking, sweeping, clean, washing down with water to remove dust and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3kg of cement per sqm including rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing admixture (as per manufacturars instruction) laid over and including 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) finished even and fair and laying of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kgs/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified laid over a coat of bituminous primer @0.3 ltr/sqm and finished with applying bitumen grade 85/25 coat @1.2 Kg/sqm. APP membrane shall be laid by torching with 75mm overlap in longitudnal direction and applying two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. The products of the following firms shall be used for water proofing membrane: -
Cutting out cracks to V section in existing roofs or terracing ,cleaning out ,wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.
Cutting out cracks to V section in existing roofs or terracing ,cleaning out ,and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and directed.
Cutting grooves in concrete / wall surface ,75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal/vertical face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth all as specified.
Complete removal of existing treatment on steel /aluminium roof covering of any description, priming surface and applying normal treatment (for moderate conditions) using glass fibre base bitumen felt of (minimum 2mm thick ) , grade 2 complete all as specified and as directed.
S& F mild steel Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand rail straight portion , drilled and countersunk for balusters running bas for doors , balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gd E 165 and including dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.
S&F MS Rolled sections in main and cross beams,hip and jack rafters ;purlins where connected to common rafters running rails and guids for sliding doors ;fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates and similar work confirming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 including dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.
S&F 0.63 mm thick corrugated Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275gms including dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage thickness including nanital or similar pattern complete all as specified and directed.
All as per Item No 9.00 but fixing only old sheets obtained from dismantling including dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage thickness including nanital or similar pattern
M&L Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws indlucing dismantling plain or corrugated sheeting any gauge thickness including nanital or similar pattern complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Make : Tata Blue Scope Steel Ltd/JSW Steel Ltd/CRIL

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base, foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and making good the disturbed grouind, in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M & L 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in hardstanding etc. finishing cement concrete surfaces even and fair without using extra cement, laid in alternate bays complete all as specified and directed.
Demolition of precast concrete block/Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for pre cast cement concrete block masonary of 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with soild blocks, exc.10cm in width, set and jointed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as spd and directed.
All as per Srl item No 22.00 here-in-above but, except blocks complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for 15mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick works or stone masonary surfaces, in two layers 10 mm & 5 mm thick using water proofing admixture for outer layer of 5mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed Note : Supply of liquid water proofing admixture is deemed to be included in overall rates quoted against this item.
M&L for two coats cement base paint on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces including curing before and after applying each coat complete all as specified and directed.
Preparation of new or previously untreated steel or steel based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of red oxide or zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Preparation of new or previously untreated wooden or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new galvanised corrugated sheets incl preparation of new zinc or galvanised surface to receive paint camoflage pattern over a coat of red oxide primer after applying a treatment with modrant solution to remove the galvanisation of CGI sheet complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base, sub bases, floors and pavings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.
M&L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 20mm thick with grey cement and pigments in floors etc, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and finished concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making proper joints with bitumen mastic with sand as per specification at an interval of 3m and change of direction complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 50mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.
Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.
