Taking down carefully unserviceable Ceiling Fan of any size from its position, dismantling blade, opening the fan motor, removing the burnt grease, applying new bearing grease, removing of defective parts such as ball bearing, bush bearing, burnt winding, shaft, split pin, condenser, condenser holder, shackle etc. reassembling after replacement of defective parts including replacement of 3 core 0.75 Sqmm flexible copper cable from ceiling rose to connector, hanging in its position properly complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Replacement of unserviceable spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule here-in-after as supply only.

Supply only ball bearing of existing size suitable for ceiling fan, exhaust fan, fresh air fan, pedestal fan as that of existing defective one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only bush bearing of existing size suitable for ceiling fan, exhaust fan, fresh air fan and pedestal fan of complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only condenser 2.5 MFD complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only condenser 4 MFD complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and preparing the surfaces of ceiling fan, removing the grease, carbon dust over the fans and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour with brush painting and writing MES number on the fan complete all as specified and directed.

Rewinding the stator complete with super enamelled bare copper conductor with the existing size/gauge and number of turns as that of the old one, insulating, varnishing and pre heating for ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the damaged and corroded exhaust fan louvers and replace with new louvers of size up to 300mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective storage water heater of any capacity from buildings after disconnecting carefully water and electric connection, opening the bottom cover replacing the defective parts fixing the cover and refixing in original position reconnecting both water and electric connection and testing complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- Replacement of spares will be measured and paid for separately under respective items of the schedule here-in-after as supply only.

Supply only new heating element of capacity 1.5KW with rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Apparatus plate assembly suitable to fix thermostate, heating elements as of geyser and nuts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the tank from the geyser, brazing to arrest the leakage, reassembling and refixing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Bottom inspection chamber cover suitable for 25 Ltrs capacity geyser of any make/model complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Indication lamp suitable for geyser in round/rectangular shape complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace 3 pin plug 15 Amps capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only geyser tank of capacity 15 Ltrs made out of stainless steel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only geyser tank of capacity 25 Ltrs made out of stainless steel complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective solar water heater of any capacity from buildings after disconnecting carefully all the connection, Look for cracks in the collector glazing, and check to see if seals are in good condition, Plastic glazing, if excessively yellowed, may need to be replaced and opening the tank/ tubes and chemical cleaning of tank/tubes, removing the scales and after complete servicing refixing in original position reconnecting the all connection and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cosumable like nuts,bolts,washers, sealant etc included in quoted rate.

Supplying and laying in repair of CPVC pipes for hot/cold, SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches/wall/roof of dia 25mm complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying in repair of CPVC tank adaptor of dia 25mm complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying in repair of CPVC ball valve of dia 25mm complete all as specified.

Taking out the voltage stablizer of any make and of capacity 4/5 KVA from site and transporting to servicing centre to detect /identify the nature of defects/repairs and reassembling after repair/servicing and commissioning at site including testing the same to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No 39.00 herein before but capactity upto 3 KVA.

Dismantling the burnt out transformer from the 4/5 KVA capacity stablizer of any make and rewinding the same with supper enameled copper wire includinguding provision of all materials and refixing into the stablizer and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and testing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No 41.00 herein before but capactity upto 3 KVA.

S&F relay set of two for voltage stabilizer up to 5 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No 43.00 here-in- before but PCB (printed circuit board).
