The bidder shall upload a copy of audited Profit and Loss Accounts and Balance sheet duly certified by Chartered Accountant and ITR for the assessment year 2024-25, 2025-26 and 2026-27 respectively as mentioned above as proof in this regard.

A. For Non MSE Tenderers, the average annual financial turnover should generally not be less than the estimated cost of the quantity specified in the tender document during the preceding three financial years, i.e., 2025-26 and the preceding two years OR 2024-25 and the preceding two years. Only audited financial turnover shall be uploaded. Provisional turnover shall not be accepted. The audited turnover certificate must be certified by a Chartered Accountant with their seal and signature. B. For tenderers qualified as Micro or Small Enterprises MSEs, the average annual financial turnover should generally not be less than 50 Percent of the estimated cost of the quantity specified in the tender document during the last two preceding financial years, i.e., 2024-25 and 2025-26. NSIC Certificate must be uploaded compulsorily. Failure to upload the NSIC Certificate will result in rejection of the bid.
