Earthwork excavation for cut opening tank bund with initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m in hard stiff clay , stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shale’s, murams, stony earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil etc, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications.

Providing and Placing Reinforced Cement Concrete of grade M20 using broken hard granite coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size 20mm and down graded to I.S specified grading and using crushed stone sand(m-sand) (to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 20 N/mm² in 28 days) and mixing the incredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling/pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and watering, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength as specified in the approved drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying, Fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel bars of various diameters for all reinforced concrete works, including cost of rods and binding wire, labour charges for cutting the rods to the required lengths, bending, tying and fixing in position of various depths and heights below and abvoe ground level etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying and erecting water tight steel centering for sides and sofits including supports and strutting upto 3.29M height for plain surface such as RCC slab, vertical slabs, side slabs of RCC works with all cross bracings using mild steel B.G.10gauge sheets of size 90cm x60cmx10 gauge stiffend with welded mils steel angels of size 25mm x25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak(country wood) joists of size 10cmx6.5 spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work (The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor). Refilling with excavated earth (other than sand) with all leads and lifts for filling the open cut where ever necessary in layers including breaking clods , watering and compaction using power roller to atleast 95 % of Proctor density at OMC in each layer and sectioning etc. as directed by the Engineer complete complying with standard specification
Providing construction contraction and lift joints in masonry, concrete including placing Mastic pad of 20mm thick (1.04 kg of asphalt & Mastic pad required for m2) after cutting to the required size including filling the joints with mastic filling as specified in the drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
Providing and fixing weep holes of 100mm dia PVC pipes of 4kg/cm2 required lengths for abutments and wings including cost and conveyance of all materials to worksite, cost and labour for 900mm dia semi-spherical backfill arrangements with 100mm size broken granite chips at the periphery and labour charges for fixing etc., completed for proving utility services in foot paths.
Fabricating, Supplying and erection of Screw gearing steel shutters of size above upto 1.00 m width consist shutters of skin plate made out of 8mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 65x65x6mm mild steel Angle at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of same section at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 8mm mild steel gusset plate of required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipment. Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipment. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer. The rate including cost of materials consumables, labours power charges, conveyance charges for all equipment required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc.,complete.

Fixing the head set assembly to the top beam by using required rust free bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged Head set assembly supplied with operating key and the both should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for wooden pattern, moulding and charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc., complete.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing of Top Beam made up of 150x75mm (ISMB 150) duly drilled to suit the Head Set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of 25mm mild steel round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements to a height of 0.60m with necessary Fish plate made out of 12mm mild steel plate of size 0.30 x 0.15m 2Nos with required holes. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the work site. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent in correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking and the section stores. The top beam should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of Red Oxide primer. The Rate including cost of materials, labours, charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, cost of petty civil works conveyance charges for labours and materials and warranty for 5 years etc.., complete.
