CIVIL WORKS

Earth work in excavation over areas of all type strata comprising of all type of strata comprising of any type of material such as soil,silt,clay,sand,gravel,murum of all varieties, shingles, pebbles, all type of congolmerates,latrite rock,soft rock,ordinary rocks,disintegrated rocks,fissued/shattered rocks,decomposed rocks,weathered rocks and all such materials either in full or part as the case may be adopting any method/methods as may be conveninet or permitted ( blasting provibhited ) including chiselling ,wedging,etc , in all conditions such as dry , moist ,foul, saturated , submerged ,etc. , as directed by the Engineer etc., all complete including dressing of side ramming of bottom including all leads and lifts including getting out excaveted soil as directed . including pumping and bailing out water ,baricading,danger lightening ,guarding as directed .

Earthwork in excavation in trenches for all leads & lifts in all type of strata comprising of any type of materials either in full or part as the case may be adopting any method/methods as may be convenient as permitted excluding blasting in all conditions such as dry, moist, foul, saturated, submerged, etc,. including dressing of sides, planking & strutting, timbering ,ramming of bottom ,pumping and bailing out water ,barricading danger lighting guarding and carting away excess excavated earth at the site identified by the contractor and obtaining all statutory approvals, as directed by Engineer for all leads & lifts etc. complete

Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches plinth sides, foundation etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer .

TOP SHEET-The end rib shall be designed for anti-capillary action. Supplying and fixing of Precast RCC slabs(factory made,the factory should be ISO certified and registered under Dirctorate of Industries, Govt. of India) at site in concrete Grade of M-25 with 20 mm nominal size Granitic or basaltic aggregate, consolidated by means of mechanical platform, vibration etc. with lifting hooks of M.s. 10mm bars and PVC cups including cost of reincforcement, Certificate from manufacturer shall be produced indicating grade of concret and minimum content of steel in the product along with 5 year free replacement warranty in case of breakage complete and as directed by Engineer -in -charge. Size 900 x 400 x 150 mm with steel reinforcement not less than 7 kg per unit -30 T capacity.

Demolishing laterite stone masonry in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mts. lead.

Dismantling the tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement including stacking of materials within 50 meters lead for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.

Providing water proofing treatment over the new R.C.C. roofs terrace toilet by spreading cement slurry over the R.C.C. slab and laying of 10cms. Average laterite stone ballast coba with the necessary gradient for easy flow of rain water and the coba in covered with damp proof of Hindustan water proofing co. Or equivalent jointless water proofing plaster of mix 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 find sand), finished smooth with wooden trowel with false marking of 30 cms square. The vertical surface of the adjoining walls are to be treated upto a height of 30cms including rounding of junction (the rate includes for complete items including labour and materials and including cost of initial treatment of roof slab as follows. The injunction of damp proof or equivalent compound with cement solution will be given as and when found necessary for filling honey comb, cracks etc. in the R.C.C. slabs). ELECTRICAL WORKS

Supply,installation,testing,commisioning of Architectural Pole of 6mtr Height Single arm made of galvanised iron sections of 140mm & 76mm dia. Wind speed considered in design 50m/s, IS 875: PART - 3 :1987 .Material for tubes steel of grade YST 210. Material for base plate steel of grade E250 to IS 2062 ; 2011. The Bracket will be provided with reducer/expander for holding the suspended type fixture on to the main pole with all arrangements having position perpendicular to the ground. The bracket shall be single arm on 6mtr with a span of 1000mm. The bracket top shall be covered with FRP cap to enclose the pipe. The Pole will be placed with a Aluminium embellishments on the bottom & Middle section for aesthetic & Decorative purpose. The pole will be provided with an inbuilt IP 65/66 junction box to fix 32Amp Connectors & 6Amp MCB inside the cut window of the bottom pipe the in built box should have a flush door of suitable size. The Decorative pole will be mounted on a square base plate of size 250 X 250mm having 12mm thickness. The mounting steel plate along with hot dip galvanised foundation bolts of size M16 X 600mm to be used for ensuring firm grouting in the specially designed /Provided RCC foundation.
