Demolishing laterite stone masonry in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material & disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mts. lead.
Dismantling the tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement including stacking of materials within 50 meters lead for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.
Providing water proofing treatment over the new R.C.C. roofs terrace toilet by spreading cement slurry over the R.C.C. slab and laying of 10cms. Average laterite stone ballast coba with the necessary gradient for easy flow of rain water and the coba in covered with damp proof of Hindustan water proofing co. The vertical surface of the adjoining walls are to be treated upto a height of 30cms including rounding of junction (the rate includes for complete items including labour and materials and including cost of initial treatment of roof slab as follows. The injunction of damp proof or equivalent compound with cement solution will be given as and when found necessary for filling honey comb, cracks etc. in the R.C.C. slabs). Wind speed considered in design 50m/s, IS 875: PART - 3 :1987 .Material for tubes steel of grade YST 210. Material for base plate steel of grade E250 to IS 2062 ; 2011. The Bracket will be provided with reducer/expander for holding the suspended type fixture on to the main pole with all arrangements having position perpendicular to the ground. The bracket shall be single arm on 6mtr with a span of 1000mm. The bracket top shall be covered with FRP cap to enclose the pipe. The Pole will be placed with a Aluminium embellishments on the bottom & Middle section for aesthetic & Decorative purpose. The pole will be provided with an inbuilt IP 65/66 junction box to fix 32Amp Connectors & 6Amp MCB inside the cut window of the bottom pipe the in built box should have a flush door of suitable size. The Decorative pole will be mounted on a square base plate of size 250 X 250mm having 12mm thickness. The mounting steel plate along with hot dip galvanised foundation bolts of size M16 X 600mm to be used for ensuring firm grouting in the specially designed /Provided RCC foundation.
