Taking down cement plaster on brick wall/stone wall, ceilings, sunken floors etc, racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing with water completely complete as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, foundation of RCC posts/struts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F equal angle joist, channel, angle, MS plate or tee sections, including cutting drilling fabrication etc to requird length as in staging for water tank and connected works without connecting plates, conforming to Fe 410-W(Gade E-250) quality A including welding or screwing with nuts, bolt and washers etc complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling chain link fencing of any description and any type complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Chain link fencing 4mm dia galvanised steel wire 100mm mesh fixed to fencing post including line and providing flat iron, bolts and nuts complete all as specified in drawing and as directed. Note: Minimum weight should not be less than 2.152 kg/sqm as per IS 2721:2003

S&F in repairs punched tape concertina coil of 950 mm dia, 2.5 mm core wire, heavy galvanised (wire 275 GSM), tensile strength of wire 1450-1500 N/sqmm, (weight 15.20 kg/coil +/-5%) stretchable length upto 15 metres including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanisez mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Length catered for is in straight line and not the total length of coils.
