Work experience: The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor in the last five financial years (i,e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 2024-25 and 2025-26.), any civil work of value not less than Rs.7.88 lakhs. The work done certificate issued from state / central Government / Government under taking from officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent cadre shall be furnished. (Weightage of 10% per year will be given to the cost of completed works of previous years to bring them to the price level of present financial year).
Assessed available tender capacity (AxNx5-B) should be greater than the amount put to tender, where, A, Maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to present financial year) price level taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N, Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited for 0.5 year. B, Value, at price level of present financial year, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next Six Months (0.5 year).
Financial turnover: The intending bidder should have achieved in at least one financial year a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs.31.52 lakhs in the last five financial years i,e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26. Turnover certificate duly certified by the chartered accountant shall be furnished. (Weightage of 10% per year will be given to the financial turnover of previous years to bring them to the price level of present financial year).
KPWD Class III and above valid registration certificate.
Duly filled qualification information as per section-3 along with supporting documents.
Income Tax PAN.
GST Registration certificate.
Independent PF code registration certificate.
Declaration I attached to bid document.
Declaration II attached to bid document.
Declaration III (PF Declaration) attached to bid document.
Declaration IV (GST Declaration) attached to bid document.
Valid Category-1 certificate issued by competent authority.
Valid Domicile certificate for a period of 10 years.
