S/R to Repair to Bridge over Machhagaon Canal on 3rd K.M of RD road to Sarichuan Road for the year 2026-27

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish on both sides of the road to facilitate widening of berms, disposal of the stuff including all labour. T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Scarping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.00 kg of bitumen for 10 Sqm and laying 37.5 mm thick built-up spray grouting in one layer using 0.45 cum of 25 mm to 40 mm size hard granite metal and 12.00 kg of 80/100 grade bitumen for 10 Sqm with 0.12 cum of 12mm size h.g.c.b. chips as key stone for 10 sqm spreading over and laying including heating , pouring and spreading over and spreading bitumen, metal , chips and rolling with P.R.R including hire & running charges of P.R.R and all other machinaries with all cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen of 80/100 grade grade @0.3 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface / bitumenous surface cleaning with hydraulic brooms including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour with articles required for the work T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 20mm thick Open Graded Premix Carpet using 13.2mm to 5.6mm size C.B.H.G. stone aggregates using mini Hot mix Plant over prepared surface using a total quantity of 14.6 kgs of 80/100 grade Bitumen per 10.0Sqm and compacting with 8 -10T power road roller including hire & running charges of PRR, T&P, cost conveyance royality & taxes of all materials,labour charges for cleaning the surface spreading laying and cambering premix carpet for finished item of work etc.complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.n)

Providing & laying 6mm thick pre-coated seal coat type-B using 0.06cum of 6.7mm size C.B.H.G.chips as per sieve analysis & 6.8kg of 80/100 grade bitumen per 10sqm including hire and running charges of PRR, Hot mix plant, tar boiler & all other T&P articles including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork in embankment in all kind of soils from approved borrow areas with all lead and lifts over intial lead and lift and laying on properly prepared surface including spreading, levelling the earth not exceeding 30 cm in layers, Sectioning, Watering & ordinary compaction by PRR for finished item of work including all cost, royalty, labour, T & P article required for the work etc. Complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Precasted / Reinforcement cement concrete of grade M-20 and above including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled materials disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking thje serviceable materials with all lifts and leads of 100m etc. completed as per Clause 202 of MoRT&H Specification for Road etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work in C.C. M-250 nominal mix (1:1.5:3) using 12 mm to 20mm size (20 mm not be exceed 25%) hard black crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering, laying & compacting concrete watering and curing for 4 weeks including smooth, rigid centering, shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth with cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and labour, T& P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of M.S rods or tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for straightening, cutting, beinding, binding etc. and tying the grills and placing in proper position as per direction of the Engineer-in-charege.

RCC M-30 grade in wearing coat including steel of CD work with formwork using 20 to 10 mm size crushed stone aggregates mixed by concrete mixer, laying in layers and compacting including cost, conveyance , roaylity of all materials & cost of all labour , machinery etc. complete as per approved drawing & technical specificaiton and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 1000 and 1200 of MoRD and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
