Supply, Installation, Testing Commissioning of Outdoor machines for air conditioning system, based on VRV/VRF, comprising of multiple all inverter scroll/screw/rotary compressors with R-410A/R-32 refrigerant, DC fan motor with fan blade, heat exchanger, safety valves, solenoid valves receiver, capillary tubes, checks valves, electronic expansion valves, low pressure sensor, refrigerant filter, stop valve, Y-joints/refnet kits and making joints etc. as per OEM. Rate inclusive of R-410A/R-32 refrigerant and oil pre charging, vibration isolators, supports, necessary foundation/pedestal works etc. condenser coil & fins provided with anti corrosive treatment, necessary accessories for oil separation, flow control, interconnecting piping, condenser air fan, electrical and microprocessor based panel, interconnecting cabling, all housed inside a weather proof cabinet suitable for exposed installation on terrace including pressure testing, vaccuming, charging of refrigerants etc. as per requirement for proper functioning of the units. Supply, Installation, Testing Commissioning of VRV/VRF indoor units with wireless remote controller, multi speed blower, high efficient filter, inbuilt microprocessor, including cooling coil of copper tubes and aluminium fins, drain pan, stand for indoor unit etc. Indoor units along with remote control must compatible with outdoor machines.Preferable Make:Hitachi,'O'General,Daikin,Blue star

Supply, Installation, Testing Commissioning of refrigerant piping of suitable size as per OEM recommendations for above units, copper pipes and fittings like elbows, couplers, reducers, tee joints, Y-joints/refnet joints, brass fittings, "U" loops, expansion loops etc. duly insulated with 13 mm thick elastomeric nitrile tubular rubber insulation between indoor & outdoor units as per specification. All piping shall run in suitable size painted with powder coating M.S. cable tray, joined with connectors, bend, tee etc. fitted on wall with metal fasteners, supports, clamps/MS hangers etc. complete as required . cable tray shall be properly covered with suitable metal cover. Supply, Installation, Testing Commissioning of heavy duty rigid UPVC piping(for drain) on wall complete with fittings, and suitable clamps/supports etc. The joints shall be properly sealed with rubber based adhesive to ensure proper bonding. The rate shall include UPVC Coupler, reducer, socket, bend, Tee as required as per the site to connect with the Drain Hopper of IDUs.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required.

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia. copper earth wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface / UG cable as required.

Supply& making one end termination with heavy duty single compression brass gland SIBG type, copper lugs duly crimped with crimping tool, PVC tape etc. for following size of armoured PVC insulated & PVC sheathed aluminium cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.
