Attending day to day external Treated water supply complaints of all nature i.e. leakage in water supply pipe lines, fittings/fixtures, no water supply including noting the complaints in complaint register complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for Srl No. 1 :- Material required for attending complaints shall be measured & paid separately under respectvie items here-in-after as Supply only.

Notes for Srl No. 1 :- The rates quoted by the contractor shall also deemed to be included for the following :- (i) The complaints shall be attended and the defects shall be rectified by a team of experienced Electrician/Plumber as applicable assisted with adequate number of helpers, matriculation passed qualified having minimum 03 years experience . (ii) The complaints shall be attended & defect shall be rectified within 08 hrs commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint failing which a penalty @ Rs 1500/- per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied upon/imposed on the contractor and recovery shall be made from his dues. Contractor rep shall be available wef 0800 Hrs to 2000 Hrs to recieve and notify coplained. (iii) In case , after checking & attending the defect,if it is not possible to rectify the defect within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engineer-in-charge by the contractor/his rep. If Engineer-in- charge is satisfied with contractor's view, no recovery will be made.

(iv) While attending the complaint of water supply/electric supply if earth work is required then the same shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch 'A'/BOQ. However no extra payments shall be made for dewatering. (v) Cutting of GI pipe in position and threading is also deemed to be included in the job quoted rates (Fittings and fixtures shall be measured and paid separetely under respective items of Sch A/BOQ). (vi) All T&P required for attending the complaints shall be provided by the contractor without any extra. (vii) The pipe fitter shall always be in possession of die set complete with cutters,Taps, Pipe wrench ,Chain wrench, Caulking tools, complete set of spanners and ladders etc..,as required at site. (viii) Old retrieved material shall be the departmental property and shall be deposited in the MES stroe yard on the same day.

Notes for srl No 09 to 11 :- Excavation & earth work for new locations shall be measured & paid separetely.

Supply and fixing in replacement 20 mm bore Bib tap of PTMT, any tint, high pressure screwed for male/ female threaded, for pipe of size 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

TSupply and fixing in replacement 15 mm bore Bib tap of PTMT, any tint, high pressure screwed for male/ female threaded, for pipe of size 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up HDPE Pipe water mains 160 mm bore including all fittings and laying DI pipe 150 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Supply and Laying of DI pipe will be measured and paid seperately under respective item No 15.

Supplying, laying, jointing & commissioning DI pipe 150 mm bore, as per IS-8239-2000, class K-7 with inside cement mortar lining , spigot & socketed ends, laid in trenches, in new or old location with & including DI fittings with rubber gasket joints complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- Excavation & earth work for new locations shall be measured & paid separetely.

Supplying and fixing in replacement CI/DI fittings/specials such as Tees, bends ,any type, radius and angle/tapers any type, collars,tail pieces,caps and plugs upto 150 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Tyton joints shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supplying and fixing in replacement CI/DI fittings/specials such as Tees, bends ,any type, radius and angle/tapers any type, collars,tail pieces,caps and plugs upto 200 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Tyton joints shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and fixing lead pig bar complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only spun yarn complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep for pipe line in soft/loose soil, getting out and levelling of bottom surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed not exc 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing of uneven surfaces of natural ground, rough excavated surfaces not exceeding 15 cm deep and filled area where ordered shall be trimmed to an even surface horizontal or slopping, by removing vegetation and by scrapping high patches and filling low patches with the scrapping soil to given an even and neat look to the site complete all as specified and as directed.

An amount of Rs 23284.00 shall be deducted from BOQ on account of schedule of credit
